I tried to tell her I am on a reading hiatus and to switch subjects to something more appropriate, but she would either ignore me or start a conversation with someone else instead while I was in her chair. She described graphic, explicit scenes from the books, and I felt incredibly disrespected. , The owner's response claims that I made their stylist uncomfortable. That is not accurate. My stylist was not professional in anyway and everything about her made me uncomfortable. Her attire was an inappropriate dark romance shirt about submitting herself to explicit acts. " I vow, you vow, we vow " from the House of Lords Dark Romance book series. In addition to this, the stylist's car, which is visible from the salon chair, is covered in inappropriate stickers related to these themes as well. Lastly, she moved my appointment 3 hours later than scheduled because she overbooked herself, which resulted in me being alone with her and another staff member after salon closing hours.... I was forced to listen to thirst trap metal with bands such as Sleep Token, which has very explicit lyrics. I am terribly upset that I have to rewrite my original review and defend myself because the salon resorted to personal attacks rather than taking accountability for their staff. False Statements about your customers is not a professional approach for a business in 2026. ​I came in for a professional pastel pink hair service, which I did not receive. Instead, I left with hot magenta hair and dye stains all over my scalp that the salon refused to fix. Deflecting from a lack of technical skill by professing untrue claims about a customer's conduct is unprofessional. I stand by my original review: the color was wrong, the application was messy, and the management's response is unacceptable. I felt forced to only talk about inappropriate topics with my stylist because that was the only way she would talk to me. I would encourage any reader to steer clear of this salon.

They are in a VERY nice "strip mall" with the studio front facing the main road. Parking is not plentiful, but we managed to find 2 spots quickly. We both had appointments with Lindsey & she was so nice! She heard what we wanted & gave us solid styles!! We are so happy!! Wash, style & blow dry for $40 + a generous tip. Lindsay also has an assistant, which is great to have extra hands. The salon is SUPER cute - rustic, charming & everyone seems so friendly. We are going back, no doubt but I think what I love most about this studio is that they have reasonable prices!! They are not over-inflated - THANK YOU! I am excited to have found this place.

One daughter got only a hair cut which you can see is uneven, when it's dry it looks utterly ridiculous. Next daughter showed a picture of what she wanted and she rushed her through the foiling process telling us she had another client at the same time awesome. After sitting with wet hair for 20 minutes while she did the other girl she resumed. She asked for a V cut and as you can tell by the picture, that is not what she received. Her layers in the front were also uneven. Her color was brassy it looks horrific! When I called on Monday asking if she could fix her, she said she was busy and couldn't do anything other then toss on a toner and send her home with uneven wet hair. This after I came in early to help her out. The owner didn't care anymore then Sarah did and said she rents the space and how she treats people is up to her. Happily we were lucky enough to find a new place to fix her up with a wonderful stylist that spent emense time putting her back together for the first day of school. I did get a refund for one of my daughters hair minus the other ones who I didn't complain about since it was in a French braid and I couldn't tell. Minus tip as well. My daughter cried and was miserable and the owner and Sarah could care less. So disturbing on so many levels

Ellen has done such a great job with my hair cuts as well. She has such a great memory about how I style my hair so unless I am changing my style I do not have to tell her how I want my hair cut. When I do try something new, she always does an awesome job! Lastly, Ellen is so friendly and truly cares about her clients. She has taken the time, on multiple occasions, to teach me how to do a particular hair style- the latest was how to get the loose curl look. She didn't just run through fast instructions and send me on my way; instead she walked me through the process step-by-step while actually showing me how to do it. When paying premium prices for a one process color and a cut I would expect to have a more finished style.
