A background of what got me here. I decided to dye my hair with my usual stylist. Too bad my hair got damaged I guess I deserved it haha. SO I decided to find a new place to go get a hair cut. Of course I was afraid because I could't afford to mess up my hair even more. So I did research but I got recommended to Salon Titanium. The person who recommended me HAS gorgeous hair- So I had all the proof I needed. I called and booked my appointment for the same week. The day finally arrived for my hair appointment. It takes me about 20 minutes or so to arrive. All in all I'm nervous. I was recommended to see Dat. I arrived on time for my appointment INTERIOR- Very modern and simple yet very classy. Not huge but just right. Magazines and books are available. They offer computers for KIDS so if you're a momma you don't have to worry about your kids acting up! :) && yes I was greeted upon arrival. ACTUALSERVICE- Okay so I got my hair washed & cut into a long bob. Dat was very helpful. He explained how to style my hair with a straightener & Blow dryer (I'm clueless with this) & He recommended products to try with my current hair issue. Yes, I recommend this salon & I recommend DAT. He is great & he knows what he's doing! :) Great prices and they offer a ton of services. Make sure to make an appointment & check their website for any current specials. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. This will be my new go to salon & Dat will now hold the title of my new hair dresser :) If you're looking for a great salon with a caring and super friendly staff come here! It's hard to find a salon/barber today that doesn't charge you almost three digits, does a good job and is friendly to its customers. Therefore I searched hard in the area around Buford to see if I can find something that fits my needs and luckily I ended up with this Salon. Beware! The staff here will cut and color your hair the way THEY think it should be done, not heeding your opinion or vision. My family and I have been a faithful customer to Salon Titanium for almost 10 years and we have put up with little mistakes and "style taste" in the past, but this most recent experience just went too far. We will not be returning. About a week ago, I scheduled a cut and balayage color with the head stylist, Tracy. After showing her several pictures of light brown highlights (my hair is dark, almost black brown), she said I should get gold highlights instead. No, no I don't want to go any lighter than light brown! Unfortunately, when my hair had dried and I got to see the finished color, she had decided to go ahead and make my highlights gold anyway. It was horrendous! Usually I'm one to suck it up and say I like it anyway but I couldn't stand it. To put up with a bad haircut is one thing; it will grow out. But bad hair coloring is quite another. I have to keep this hair! I told her upfront that I didn't like the color. From that moment forward, Tracy was extremely stiff towards me. She did say she could darken the shade but she didn't say one word after that. Now another hour later (4+ hours at this point), I come out with slightly darker golden highlights. I'm still not a fan of the hair but at this point, I need to get home to my family. To my dismay, I realize she has ALSO gotten bleach on my brand new staff shirt! Never once does she apologize but repeatedly says, "Goodness, that's never happened before". I've had it. Regrettably, I still paid full price ($100+). Looking back, I should've asked for a discount considering my staff shirt was bleached. I also found hair color on my favorite cardigan when I got home. I've rarely received a harsh attitude from Tracy and the other stylists before, but then, I've not had the courage to say I didn't like the cut or color before either. I hope others have a better experience there, but I will not be returning again. read more

I found the best hair salon a few years ago. Tracy and Dat are so kind and do an amazing job on both women , men , and kids. Salon Envy's pricing is great , and they do a much better job then any fancy hair salon I have ever been to. I truly have never had so many compliments on my hair then I have in the last year with my new found highlights , and hair cut. Dat usually does my hair and he is extremely good at knowing which color and cut looks the best for you as an individual . At my visit to Salon Envy last week I discovered that they also tint eyebrows. If you have very light or nearly invisible eyebrows , and you are not good at using an eyebrow pencil, ask for them to tint your eyebrows. This is one of the many services they offer that I will continue to get. For the first time I actually have eyebrows you can see . It was very low cost and lasts up to a month. I greatly appreciate Dats & Tracey's complete honesty about different colors , products , and various hair tools. Dat will help make sure you get the look you want , all while keeping your hair healthier by utilizing his knowledge/honesty as a hair dresser. This is a small , clean salon , that is family owned . They have job opportunities for teenagers when there are openings available. My daughter worked there when she was 16 and loved it ! Tracey and Dat were so kind, paid good , and were always understanding about school related responsibilities. Please tell them I sent you, and I hope you will give Salon Envy a try. read more

Though I rarely take the time to review places, I felt compelled to give this place and Dat kudos. I was pleased with how quickly they could take me on as a client (yes, I say client bc I will definitely be returning!!). The place was clean and modern. Dat did a fantastic job with highlights and my cut. The prices are very reasonable which is a huge plus!!
