The physical arrangements were very nice. Everything was bright and clean. The staff was all masked and gloved. They took temperature at check in. I was a bit surprised that there was no place to hang my coat and I was told just to lay it in a chair. The hairdresser I was assigned, Beck, could not have been nicer. She had a firm yet gentle touch with the shampooing. However it was obvious she was less practiced with Men's hair and the term 'business cut'. She cut it rather short on the sides and even after I asked her to snip some stray long hairs, I found others when I got home. Overall, the results were perfectly fine, but for the price I expected better. Doubt I'll be back for my regular trim.

So we decided to give New U a chance and I'm so glad we did! Julia is so incredibly precise and kind, my teen daughter told me she will never want to go elsewhere, that Julia must be her new stylist from here on out. The following day I went back with my younger daughter (12) for the both of us to get cuts. Julia did a fantastic job on both of us. Happy to say we all have Julia as our stylist from now on.

One of the other stylists apparently was not feeling well and it was being discussed, while she had her mask down.
