I returned with her and my sister last weekend. I felt like a superstar when I came in the door. The two women working that day were so kind, attentive and genuine. They knew when to jump in and when to back off...I appreciate that sort of sales style. They carry brands like Velvet and some other common California brands. I am not saying everything here is a home run, but there are some really strong selections. The jewelry here is very economical. If you are into jewelry, you will recognize knock off pieces from designers like Bittar and Chan Luu. They could probably lose some of the cheap trinket stuff up by the register and bring in a few other mid-priced brands like Trina Turk, Minkoff and Parker just to step up their game. They have a good selection of Sam Edelman and Jeffrey Campbell, which is surprising as those are recent bestsellers at Nordstrom's and typically wouldn't get passed down to clearance. Though I've been coming to this location for years, the employee I spoke to really motivated me to write this. The kindest older woman checked me out, immediately curious about my purchase because she needed shoe recommendations. She assured me about the return policy when I asked about it and helped me quickly locate my rewards.
