I have medical documentation related to the infection and treatment. I attempted several times to resolve this matter directly with the business, including requesting to speak with the owner or management. In my experience, no owner or manager was available on-site, and I was not provided with clear ownership or management contact information. I also requested the business's liability insurance information regarding my injury and, as of this writing, that information has not been provided to me. I have additional concerns regarding sanitation and the equipment used during services. I am also reviewing publicly available Georgia state business records, which appear to raise questions regarding the company's current business registration/status. Because I have been unable to resolve the matter directly with the business, I am pursuing the appropriate formal and legal channels. I strongly encourage anyone receiving nail services anywhere to pay close attention to sanitation practices and make sure instruments being used are properly cleaned and sterilized.

Because it's my bday, I decided to get a full set along with my pedicure ;-/. This is the second time I've gotten my nails done at Spataneous, One regular gel mani and today's full set + gel.... not expecting the salon to care and utilize the same 2 hours I take at home, but I do expect more than what I was given... my nails look like I did them at home. The acrylic is thick and uneven and each nail looks different and/or lopsided. Rather than polish the full nail and use a thin brush with remover to remove any that gets on The skin, they'd rather skimp the nail so there's less work/cleanup. Pure laziness and lack of thoroughness! For $55, whether the appt was close to the salon closing time or not, I should love my nails. I want a refund given I have to go home, file them down and also re-polish.... My pedicure is decent but I had to ask for the nails to be filed evenly and also pointed out dead skin that was missed.... For $45, I shouldn't have to critique. I should be able to relax and trust that I will love the end result... back to the mani lol.... I was trying my best to be polite so decided to play the bday card "I need then perfect, my bday is tomorrow". The tech LITERALLY responded and stated I've mentioned my bday 10 times already and other people have birthdays too lol. I said well I'm saying it so you can do better without being micromanaged about the manicure job lol... I was done after the comment but still tipped. The technician then persuaded me into getting a pedicure as well -- a decision I sincerely regret. Toward the end of the pedicure, I started feeling a burning sensation on my right foot. I didn't know why at first, since there was product all over my feet. But once it was wiped off, I realized there was a fresh open wound on my pinky toe. The cause? The technician was grating my foot like a block of cheese -- way too aggressively and absolutely unprofessionally. No certified tech should ever be doing that, especially not to the point of breaking skin and causing injury. (Assuming she's even certified.) When I brought this to their attention, no one cared. I asked to speak with a manager or owner, and no one would give me any information. No accountability. No apology. No discount. No credit. Nothing. Just blank stares. And to top it off? The same technician who cut my foot stood at the counter expecting a tip. My total came to $105, and not a single person tried to make it right -- they still charged me full price knowing I was injured under their care. Completely unacceptable. I always get my braiding hair here because they have the best selection, but I've recently started purchasing hair products and tools as well.
