Walked in on Friday, before Valentine's Day with ambition and my wallet! LOL Totally expecting it to be a frenzy but wanted to get my MIL a manicure and at a minimum, me a pedicure. Our dynamic is interesting, as MIL has dementia and you just never know how the cookie will crumble. We waited to get called and I while doing so, i spoke to Rose about our circumstances. She was so kind to finish up with her client and take my MIL in a chair that was diagonal to my pedicure chair. She engaged with her and made her feel very comfortable. I was so grateful. I received a really good pedicure from Anna, who too gave extra consideration to my MIL. While i was unable to get my manicure at the same time, i returned later in the evening, and Rose was able to get me in after a short wait. While I'm a minimalist short length girlie, Rose was top tier in giving my nails the shape that flatters my length(no stubbiness) The salon is neat and clean, with plenty of chairs! This is one of THE WORST Nail salons I have ever been to. Ever! The nail tech that provided my manicure acted as if I being there was a problem. Every service I requested details on was met with a blank stare. Then worst of all . . . One of the techs sitting directly in my line of vision was actively digging in her nose and rubbing it in her pants. She then picked something out of her teeth and rubbed it on her pants!!! I've been here before years ago when they first opened and used to be a regular now I realize why I stopped coming. It's still spacious and appears clean. There was random moments you could smell the grill smell from chipotle next door and it smelled of something burning. The services are great and prices are reasonable but during my pedicure I was nicked a few times and started bleeding toes are sore now and then when he used the pumice on the bottom of my feet he was way too rough and left my foot feeling raw on the side of my heel. I voiced my pain and concerns about sanitation because when I started bleeding he just wiped it away and rinsed utensil he was using in the water. FIRST- my nails are cute!! That's two stars I was a walk-in customer who received service with no wait. Kim was my technician at table # 23. I needed a fill-in with gel on top. They charge extra for every single item. I came In with a French manicure they said it's always $10 more for white on the tip because of how the nail grows out. What? It's all the same gel polish whether you paint it fully all one color or partial. They also charge for the acrylic being pink like the nail bed instead of white. There was a woman in a cobalt blue Calvin Klein sweater. She was digging in her nose so nasty. Walking around with no shame. I had told Kim, "I hope she doesn't service someone. I've had decent experiences here, but this last one confirmed for me that I need to plan my appointments better because this is NOT it. My pedicure servicer had a serious attitude and kept trying to upsell me. I am very firm with what I want, so I was annoyed that she kept trying to. When I nicely said no thank you, she huffed and got quiet with an attitude. I also felt like she wasn't adhering to super clean protocols either. She had terrible customer service and it's unfortunate bc I usually tip very generously. The manager did my nails but he was a little rough and I felt like I don't need to patronize here again when there a SEVERAL nail salons. The quality of the basic full powder set was 65$ and my pedicure was 110$ and then it was my fault they forgot to arch my eyebrows! This mail shop is nicely decorated and very spacious. The shop uses a digital check-in system to place you in the queue. I assume it comes with reward benefits because it asked for my name, phone number, and birthday. I visited the shop with my mother to catch up. We had two different experiences. My nail tech was friendly and patient, and her nail tech was short-tempered and aggressive. Overall, I'd say this is a good shop, if you get a good nail tech, to visit if you're in the Camp Creek area. ~~~~~MY MOTHER'S EXPERIENCE~~~~~ My mother's nail tech was reluctant to adjust the water temperature and seemed to have an attitude after she was asked to adjust temperature. She was also frustrated when my mother explained how she wanted her toenails painted. At various moments, my nail tech intervened to diffuse the tension. ~~~~~~MY EXPERIENCE~~~~~ I got a basic manicure and chamomile deluxe pedicure. My manicure was okay. The nail tech cut my cuticles too close, which resulted in a cut. (You can see the dried blood in my picture.) My pedicure was very relaxing. I highly recommend trying their deluxe pedicure options. I usually get the jelly pedicure, but today I chose the chamomile. The chamomile pedicure is a six-step process that includes deep cleaning, sugar scrub, and deep moisturizing with hot towels. The tech did a great job explaining the process as my pedicure was completed. (She is the first tech I've had do that at this shop.) Additionally, she did a great job painting my nails. read more

I've gone to Lush 4 times, I believe and that was apparently 3 times too many. I went to get my nail tips removed and get a short, gel manicures. The young lady who was to perform the service seemed annoyed that I'd interrupted her phone call to have to do my service. She then proceeds to try and pop off my tips with another false nail tip. Now, my nails were pretty new so needless to say, THEY WERE NOT COMING OFF EASILY. It started off uncomfortable and started becoming straight up PAINFUL. I informed the girl it was hurting and asked to soak them off. She acted as though she didn't understand or couldn't. (though we've talked before) At this point, half the tips are off so I let her continue...horrible choice on my part. I mentioned my natural nails were going to be ruined if she continued that way. She insisted they'd be fine. At the end, my nails looked horrible and all of my fingers were sore and tender. I looked at my ring finger and realized HALF THE NAIL WAS GONE! Like...skin! She offered to put glue on top (!!!) to "fix" it. Hell no! She took out her drill to buff my nails, which was a complete joke! I got up and showed the manager & she said it was "not that bad" and should go home and put some Neosporin on it. -_- I told her it looked like an infection waiting to happen, so she offered to clean it and asked me to come back in a few days to "fix" my nails. It will take MONTHS, I'm sure, to be able to do anything on this damaged nail. It's bled, it's painful and looks as though it's now leaking puss. The complete lack of care, effort and knowledge to care for my ACTUAL, NATURAL nails was infuriating to me and if I do, in fact, have to deal with an infection, I will be taking legal action. We Decided to treat ourselves to pedicures & manicures after being in quarantine for three consecutive months due to the pandemic and the first place we stopped was Lush Nail Bar in the Camp Creek Market Place. We would usually drive to Fairburn, but because of the pandemic the hours of business changed to our normal spot so we chose the closet nail bar. Entering the parking lot we noticed that it was a bit crowded and there may be a chance that we have a wait ahead of us, but we still decided to go on in. Inside it wasn't as crowded as we expected but there was indeed a line inside and out. The nice receptionist allowed us to sit inside at an unoccupied nail drying station which we thought was very considerate of her. So Let's get to the nicer things! We decided to go all out and grab some rather expensive Pedicures ( Which may not be expensive to anyone else) starting at $40 dollars which included hot towels, gel soak, and a bunch of other goodies. First off the water was extremely hot lol. Not a problem, but normally the water is a little hotter than warm. Secondly I didn't feel like she adequately removed the calluses and ingrown toenails from our feet. The gel soak & foot massage made up for it as it was very relaxing. Peezy got the basic pedicure and was extremely satisfied with how they handled his feet. Following the pedicure I went and got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. It was okay, nice coffin shape beautiful red polish and my tech was very gentle. When ever our tech is out or closed we will be returning here. 3 out of 5 stars. read more

Maria (Nail Tech) does not value customers. I don't think that it was too much of me to ask for my acrylic to be soaked off. I'm paying for the service that I want and I always tip good. Today I arrived for my appointment with nail tech Maria. I requested a soak off for a fresh acrylic overlay. Maria attempted to take my overlay off with a press on nail. I asked her not to do that and to allow me to soak. She responded that it is quicker. I explained to her that I didn't want my mail bed ripped. She ignored me and again attempted to take my overlay off with a press on nail stating that it won't hurt. The woman who did my nails said to do gel on my hands and feet would be 25 extra. I get to the counter and my total jumps to 75! She tried to argue price with me and I told the guy at the front to get a menu and the price said FOURTY, not the 45 she was pushing onto me. I got the price down to 70 but she lied that the gel would be 25 and charged me 30. I should've taking a photo of what she wrote on a napkin because I couldn't prove the price she gave me- so she got an extra $5 out of me. If I knew she would try to swindle me, I wouldn't have tipped her $15 before I got to the counter. I was in town for a wedding and my little sister recommended that I go here for my mani and pedi. Nice looking establishment, was helped right away. Pedicure was done to my satisfaction although the woman who did my daughter's nails kept trying to persuade her to ask for added services. Very inappropriate, in my opinion, as I was the responsible party. The real issue was with the older gentleman who did my gel manicure. He started wrong by complaining about his previous client who he believed was too picky. That should have been my warning to watch him closely. Instead, I relaxed and watched a movie like I usually do at my home salon where they do impeccable service with no oversight necessary. He shaped my nails square and didn't round out the sides, so the corners were too pointy and many nails were not evenly filed. He applied the gel sloppily along my cuticle and too much along the sides, so they are now peeling up. I showed the admin person on the way out and he agreed they looked bad (it was obvious) and deducted $5. Good customer service, but poor nail service. Okay so I came here on a Wednesday morning to beat the crowd. This place is huge and aesthetically pleasing. I got a deluxe pedicure, acrylic fill and eyebrow wax. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. It was definitely worth the extra money I spent. A male nail tech was doing my fill at the same time and he did a great job. I love the shape of my nails! Cons: This place is definitely pricier than what I am used to but I just relocated to Atlanta from NYC so I'm trying to find my go to spot.
