I don't think this place cares about doing a good job. They focus more on quantity than quality, and today was evidence of that. They rushed through my nails and didn't want to fix them when I asked. They kept going back and forth between me and another client and didn't take accountability for doing a poor job. Just stay away from this place. Also, the pictures they have on their Google Business profile are definitely not what you'll get, and you'll be charged premium prices for poor quality and bad service. They rushed through and didn't allow my sister and fiancée to look at the nails until the very end and when they asked for their nails to be fixed they had a bad attitude and didn't want to fix them. Just completely unprofessional and they're not trying to make sure their customers are satisfied. There's several other places that are better for the same price. Highly don't recommend. read more

Quality and care has been getting progressively worse. Despite setting an appointment every time, they overfill appointments and walk-ins so it's a 10-15 minute wait past your appointment time. Then they juggle you with several other clients, barely giving you time to choose a color, and rush through the service. Depending on the artist, they'll completely skip steps or take short cuts (skipping the top coat, not filing under your nails after the dip powder, not fixing mistakes they make) and then as soon as you're done they're onto the next client while you're drying using the UV lights. Today I specifically requested a female artist, was completely blown off and put with a man, and then after my service, I used the restroom, they let a client sit in my seat, move my PURSE onto the floor, put all of her belongings on top of mine, I had to physically move her phone to get mine from under hers. I've come here for months and have seen it get progressively worse, especially when you're checking out they'll just outright yell "You have cash for your tip right?" A tip is a privilege, not a requirement, and by asking me that makes me completely uninterested in tipping. By letting a client move my belongings and constantly make me wait well beyond my appointment time, I am very disappointed. I also found out that the stamp cards, 10 total services you need stamped, is only $10 off your next service! $45 for a fill x 10, $450 spent all for a meager $10 off? This place has turned into a complete mess and money grab. I drive from Oregon City to come here, as friends and family recommended it, but this is not the salon it was a year ago. I'd recommend finding somewhere else if you want quality and your time (and belongings) respected. read more

I've been getting dip nails consistently from Sassy for over a year. I've tried pretty much everywhere between Canby and OC and Sassy is it for me. They are FAST and thorough and don't give me the stink eye when I bring my own powders. Extra shout-out to Whitney, Ray and Kayla. read more

Sassy nail & spa is the best nail salon I've been to! Their prices are average but the quality of my manicure is always top notch.

Not impressed at all! It was my second time visiting this salon after receiving a full dip set a week or so prior. I was there for a simple dip refill that turned into a long 2 hour appointment with me leaving with awful looking dip nails. Ray my technician who was not trained enough struggled to even file my nails for an hour before the manager came over to clean up his mess that he left my nails in. They have huge white chunks that are obvious to the eye as well as they are mis-shaped and left with poorly pushed back cuticles and rough tops and edges that I actually had to go back to the salon minutes later for them to buff down and re-do with a topcoat. It was super frustrating when the manager knew I wasn't happy with them afterwards and he still charged me $40 for the visit! Won't be back! read more

I scheduled the appointment 3 days before at 4pm. I didn't get help until about 4:30pm. Kevin said sorry which was very appreciated. He seemed in a rush as a group of 3 girls came after me. Okay the positive when I walked in without an appointment they got me and my daughter right in with no problem but I got my nails done Saturday it is Thursday and my daughters now has followed off and my nails are chipping to all hell I would not recommend going there a hundred dollars down the drain read more

I have said great things about this place but went yesterday they were a half hour late and yes I had an apt for myself and a friend to join for a pedicure, cost $ 95 for pedicure and ombré dip fill and they look horrible the guy that did my nails did not know how to do the ombré clearly and instead of telling me to pick a solid color, just did a bad job. I used to love this salon and enjoyed the options for Mani and pedis. When Jamie and Jason left I was concerned. They did a great job, the place was always clean and they were very personable with the customers. Even when Kevin and Vivian first came (they are the new managers) it was great. Now Vivian is out on maternity leave (congratulations!) Kevin's brothers are working there and the attention to detail has really slipped. I get the organic nails and they remove the old color with a Dremel tool and I have noticed how uneven the removal is now. It hurts when they do it and it can't be good for my nails. They look uneven and gouged after the removal. Also, the application of the organic dipping powder is very thick now. I am really displeased with the finished product. I have found the 3 men spend a lot of time laughing, joking, and speaking with each other in their native language which I not only feel is rude to their customers but takes their attention away from their work which could account for the less than professional end product. Pedicures are still good there though (nice ladies who preform them), although I am a little worried that their lack of attention to detail may extend to the sanitary conditions.
