I would give 0 stars if I could. They removed my dip nails in less than 3 mins by scraping them off after I asked multiple times to have them soaked off. My nails are rough and uneven. I was a returning customer on Saturday afternoon 2/8 but I believe the person who did my pedicure on this particular afternoon was in training. Unfortunately, the shellac technique was not developed yet and it shows (see attached images). Additionally, I was overcharged by $16 for my service. **update** Different guy this time and on my nails. He was clearly frustrated because he didn't know to accomplish a fill when I last had a dip on my nails... i wanted a fill with schellac not the full dip set again (a $40 difference) I understand frustration but letting it out on my nails after I myself had a bad day wasn't the way to go about it. He tried smoothing it out after and was nice in the end so I still left a 20% tip... but the time before this when I got the dip the color clearly didn't match the color I asked for... I got clipped multiple times the first time and even more this last time. Thankfully I haven't gotten an infection but I'm too afraid to go back again and see if I get one next time. When he was filing my nails he filed my skin and I started bleeding! As you can see in the picture it's day 2 and all my nail beds are swollen and irritated! It's just sad how completely different our experiences were when we were sitting right next to each other. I came to this salon and was reluctant after reading reviews but my mom wanted to make the appointments, so we did. I requested 3 different colors, pink, white and silver shellac, I wanted black polka dots on my white nails, he did the manicure and was nice but when it came down to the esthetic of it, I could have done a better job myself. I had to ask for another coat of pink because the polish was so uneven, he told me it would be an extra $5 for the polka dot design, I agreed, he tried to do the dots 2 times and both looked awful, I said forget it, he insisted and I said no, I said fine do a heart, he didn't know how to do that, I took the instrument and showed him, then when he couldn't do that someone else had to come over and "try". The website says basic pedi $25. When I went there, she showed me a list of services that said basic pedi is $30. Oh, guess the website has not been updated. Ok. Then when it was over, the price was now $31 (not counting tip). The pedi was fine, no complaints. She had no other customers in the shop so didn't rush me through, but prices seem very unstable with no explanation for sudden changes. I wanted to like this place so I've gone multiple times since is it 2 blocks from my apartment. That said, I've given up on chances here. The guy didn't do my cuticles at all and tried to trick me into getting fake nails when I just wanted dip. Basically wouldn't take no for an answer. As this was the worst manicure I've ever had I decided not to tip. I've never not tipped in my life so that should say what a crapshoot this place is. Numerous times before when getting shellac they didn't paint down far enough so you have to come In more frequently then needed since the grow out is faster then. I will never bring my business to this place ever again. I have been getting manicures for years without incident. As a massage therapist, I make it a point to have my nails clean and professional looking. After coming in for a standard shellac manicure, I left with a left sore ring finger after having my cuticles roughly handled. Three days post manicure, a green fungus showed up under the shellac, extending out from my nail. It grew progressively more painful which sent me to the ER. It was throughly infected by psuedomas, a common bacteria seen in bad manicures. I had to have the nail numbed, cut into and drained, and am now on a weeks worth of antibiotics. The worst part on top of this, is that I have been unable to work due to the infection. This has cost me $$$$ personally and professionally. Never again. read more

Went in because my normal salon was booked and I just needed a pedicure. Although she removed my gel polish with the drill on high I thought she did a good job on the polish itself so I asked for my one week old manicure to have a polish change. She did the usual light sanding and soaked them in remover. Then scraped the bulk of the polish off. After that is where it got a little to rough. I hoped it would be fine since the polish should have smoothed them out. I was wrong not only was the polish bumpy and uneven my nails bent and split. I went in the next day amd was told they don't sand the nail bed and my nails were probably thin already. He said they don't give refunds and tried to explain the process on how they polish nails. Then argued with me about how much I was charged. I got the 30 dollar pedicure... I was charged an additional 45 dollars including a 5 dollar tip. 40 dollars to change polish seems a bit high to me as well. I will never go here again amd if you have a natural nail I wouldn't suggest you risk having to cut them down. read more

Called ahead to make sure they had time on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and polish change for my fingers. I was set up with Nancy and she did a fantastic job! Made my normal nail polish look like gel. Went for the $35 pedicure for callus as mine get bad walking all day on my feet. I enjoyed talking to Nancy so much and just wanted to spend the day with her. Opted to also get my brows done here as opposed to going to my normal threading place in Beaverton and she made them beautiful. I live out of state but visit about once a month. What happened to good customer service in this town? I've come here for over a year and usually have a decent experience. Today I forgot my phone in the car and the lady who barely started taking my polish off yelled something to her co worker, when I said I needed to run out and grab my phone? When I came back I didn't get to soak at all. ? I was in the chair from start to finish bout 15 mins. Usually I get to relax for 25 to 30. I felt like they were trying to get rid of me because I had to go get my phone out of the car. The place was slow and no one was waiting behind me. Massage was ok but they barely scraped my feet. Just a rush job, not relaxing. Disappointed for sure! The client who came in as I was leaving just sat down, and then remembered she left her file in the car and had to go it also. It happens! I'm home sick and went to pick up my prescription at rite-aid. It wasn't ready so I decided to stop in for a pedi (I should not have been seen in public btw). I was greeted right away and had the best pedi ever. The guy who did my pedi was so sweet and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.
