The manager wouldn't let me speak to the owner she helped me when the owner was out of town bad experience all around customer service was horrible I have a fractured foot and I asked for water she watch me hobble to go get it and I told her and she didn't care, took all the tip money for herself when it was for her and the lady that did my toes did a horrible job on my nails the next day they were chipping the dip didn't even cover the tips when I left. I had a babysitter just to come and I never want to come back she insisted they will never refund me I got my nails and toes here I spent well over $120 to be treated poorly and have horrible nails the next day! It was a little more pricey than I'm used to, about $15 too much compared to my usual places. Update: Jelly pedicure with my husband After reading reviews on a jelly pedicure, I treated me and my husband to an hour-long relaxing pedi. Highly recommend this! The massage is excellent. My feet and lower legs never felt so good after this experience. I loved the lavender scent. My husband got the detox scent. He said he fell asleep at one point and didn't notice the scent he chose. Unfortunately....Just had my worst Mani Pedi experience!!! Chose this spot based on high rated reviews and pleasant accommodating phone experience but sadly will never return and cannot recommend!! I'm sorry to leave this but horrible experience! I had to clean my own toes. She did not scrub the bottom of my feet it was not included in my pedicure. Which is unheard of! I offer to pay extra for a callus remover she said it was to late to add on. Did not give me A book to show me there services. EVERYTHING IS Additional! Which I don't mind paying I give hundreds but this was HORRIBLE. Wilsonville Nails was very responsive via Yelp and text which makes my life less stressful. They got me in within a few hours and perfectly nailed the milk bottle white look I wanted using a white powder for my fill. The tech was sweet, funny, helpful, and patient. I wish I remembered her name. Shoulder length black hair, manicure station closest to the restroom. The $40 pedicure was heavenly and got all my winter roughness to go away. The nail tech cut me twice, making a cut so deep it was still bleeding when I left. The whole service took 2 hours. The French manicure looked like a child had done them. They did not clean my cuticles at all. I asked for a dip set and paid very close attention the entire time. Found this place on Yelp. Was in a pinch to get my shellac done as my gal is out on vacation and also in a different part of town. I didn't have time to go to someone else at my main nail place because it's a 45 min drive each way. Usually go on my lunch break, but was off a week unexpectedly and my gal was out. The ladies working here are super nice. They fit me in and I am very picky when it comes to my nails. The gal doing my nails painted very well. The three stars is that I paid $45 (includes tip) for shellac manicure and in less than four days my paint has cracked and lifted on four nails very badly. I know they were in a rush, but I do not think they cured long enough and she did not paint the tips of my nails. Sadly, even in a pinch I won't be coming back here. Shellac always lasts on my nails 2-3 weeks with no chips or cracks. This photo is after 8 days, but they started chipping and lifting after day four.
