I'm nervously watching her as they keep coming and telling her what to do. She asks if I want my nails shorter, she clips them and has no clue how to file. At this point I just wanted to leave. As he's painting my toes with her hand shaking she has no idea how to put the light over my toes. As she shoves it against my toes I can feel all the colors scraping off. She had no clue. She only realized it when she went to switch it to the other foot, quickly filed and tried to fill that section with blobs of color. End product is uneven toes with top coat and color spillage. My toes will have to be redone. While toes are being woke d l the salon madame comes and says we do your nails now! Wtf don't I get to enjoy my pedicure! She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.
