I used to love this place but recently they have been slacking. They used to spend an hour on an amazing pedicure and never rush. Now it's rushed into 25 minutes and my feet aren't even soft by the end. I never liked my SNS or acrylics done here. I don't go here anymore at all, try Tom Hill. read more

This was my first time going to this place and I've been trying to find a nail salon where I feel comfortable but this one was not it. Honestly, I feel a little degraded because nobody else was getting treated as I was. I booked an appointment online along with two other young girls and when we got there on time they had trouble placing us and then ignored us for 25 mins. I had a male do my nails who seemed to be a manager or someone in charge so I would think he would give good service. First, he started glueing tips on my nails with no prep or cuticle care, I didn't get a towel or a soaking bowl like everyone else seemed to have. He just started glueing tips on and when I asked for something to be changed he either ignored me or tried to talk his way out of it. Also, he kept getting up every 5 minutes helping other employees or walking around looking for stuff so it took 2 hours to do my nails when the website say 1hr and 10 mins. I got no lotion or cuticle oil in the end and my nails are really sore. What gets me really angry is I paid $60 for these nails but got half the services. This is not the first time that this has happened to me at a salon and as an African American woman I am saddened to think it would have anything to do with my ethnicity. All in all this is the worst I've felt after going to a salon because I let myself be taken advantage of and most likely ripped off. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They have by far the worst service ever. When getting a manicure and pedicure they don't even file your nails... and she forgot to put the top coat on. I went to get a manicure with one of my friends at 7 ( their closing time) and the staff was all really nice but the manicure was okay. They filed my nails sideways and one is longer than the rest, which very annoying as I am very OCD when it comes to my nails, and they cut my cuticles too close making it kind of painful. I had nail polish on the outside of my cuticles which is not that big of a deal. The lady doing my friend's nails used the same cuticle cutter that they used on me on her too. Which isn't a big problem to us seeing as how we know each other but still very unsanitary. They also made her acrylic thumb nail thicker and wider than the other. I branched out from my usual nail salon, MT Nails on Forsyth, which was a mistake but it was a mediocre manicure and the guy doing my nails was very nice. read more

Clean beautiful nail salon! I had my nails done and my toes I was very happy with the salon! Very professional. The pedicure is high but worth it. They do a great job! My friend and I had a pedicures done today here....to say I have had better is putting it nicely. Both of our pedicures last about 12 minutes no joke. The girl barely even used the pumice stone on my heels. It's inexpensive ($20) but sucks. Usually these sort of places are great and it was busy when we got there so I thought I found a gem-I didn't. I will not go back. We left unimpressed and unhappy with our service. If you get pedicures often and enjoy them I would not recommend this place. Terrible service! Rude! Went in salon wanting a polish change and came out with throbbing fingers. The lady was going so fast and carelessly that she nicked 5 fingers. Worst thing she never even acknowledge what she did until I pointed out to her that I was bleeding. They never asked me to wash my hands, unlike other salons. Obviously not a clean salon. The tool that she cut me with wasn't sterilized while I was there. My polish is red which matches the color of my red swollen skin. BEWARE! read more

I had a gel French manicure and it looks awful. The white tips aren't even and are different sizes on each nail. The cuticle clipper she used already had someone else's cuticle clippings in it. She never had me wash my hands and they only have 2 manicure chairs in the place. I left very unhappy with my service. I was also supposed to get a scrub with my package and I didn't get that. My girlfriend & I have been coming here since the opening. The salon is always nicely decorated thats why my wife loves coming. I was hesitant to get my pedicure because i'm a man but they make me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. my pedicurist was marvelous very particular. will be coming with my wife again. The worst experience ever !!! My daughter and I came in for a manicure and due to the language barrier I pointed to the service we wanted .....but the worker showed us to the pedicure chairs to sit down. I thought it was odd and made a comment but the woman said it is ok to sit and get manicure. During the manicure for both me and my daughters many steps were missed such as the sugar scrub. I got the service menu and showed the lady that was doing my manicure the steps that were missed. She said no longer included that I would have to now get a more expensive manicure. Totally unhappy I checked out to pay and I was charged more than expected for less service . Ask to speak with manager she said because I sat in hair you pay more money!! I said NO she sat me at that chair and what about the services that were stated that is not offered. Lady took off charge for chair and said she will later get service menu updated .
