I get my eye lashes and brows done by Kim! She NEVER fails to take her time and give me the best eyelashes and brows this is 1 week after getting them done and I feel like I've only lost a couple lashes. Her work is so clean and I get compliments DAILY of her work! Need to start carrying her card around with all the comments lol

I can today for an appointment.. shellac pedicure and manicure. Prices are right, attention to client of utmost importance. The salon is right up to par with all Covid precautions and the staff is very careful and professional. My pedicure was fantastic and my shellac manicure is beautiful. Kim took great care of me today . Highly recommend this salon. I will be back for eyebrow care.

Got my first gel-x manicure here at Sassy after trying out the other nail salons in the wilsonville area- I love this salon! They took me in right away, even though they were busy, and explained what gel x was along with the price difference between gel x and dip, and did an amazing job! My manicurist was personable and so nice! Absolutely would recommend sassy to anyone in Wilsonville looking for a nail salon :) I will absolutely be coming back. Plus- my nails aren't chunky (I've had this issue at other nail salons in the area) they're perfectly shaped and light. read more

Had a stellar experience getting my nails done by Patti, she was very kind and told me to take my time choosing the color I wanted. I tried Gel X extensions for the first time and I am very happy with the results! They look and feel much lighter than traditional acrylic nails, I can be a little rough on my nails so I'm interested to see how they hold up to my lifestyle but overall 13/10 for my visit the other staff there was so nice as well!!! I'll be back for sure the atmosphere was clean and welcoming overall as well. Thanks Patti!! read more

Don't bring your young people in this place . I had a pedi and there was an offensive R rated movies playing on 3 screens with volume and sexual language and full nudity . Not a relaxing atmosphere for pampering .I feel disrespected and stressed. I will never return back to this business, and I suggest you don't either. read more

They do not clean nor sanitize anything. I went there a couple of days ago and got both of my toes infected due to the dirty nail clipper they used that day. They don't sterilize them at least!!! I don't recommend them for this reason. Be careful where you go, and do your research don't depend on the stars they have. They will offer you a $5 off just so you can give them 5 stars review which I think IS NOT right. Since they aren't so honest. NOT WORTH IT read more

They do a great job with my nails but are often way overbooked and the wait can be long. However, my biggest and really only complaint is the movies they show are wildly inappropriate for a business. The last two times I was in there the movies had graphic nudity, lots of cussing, and inappropriate content. The last movie they had on when I was there was Red Rocket.., Not to be a prude but for a business, it's really inappropriate - especially when the screens are right in front of you. I wish they would be more mindful of the movies and the atmosphere they're trying to provide when they choose so that the experience isn't so uncomfortable. read more

I love coming here; left the last salon because I was getting shorted and my nails were coming off and breaking. Kim is amazing when it comes to lashes! I love how relaxed I am with her, literally just fall asleep. She's so sweet & is such a confident booster. My lashes lasted 3.5 weeks with out a fill and I could have gone longer. Her technique is amazing! Love my pedicures; love getting the S&S powder did by the gentleman (don't know his name) but all is amazing! I am always getting compliments on my nails and lashes! read more

This place was great! My step daughter and I got pedicures and shellac manicures. The 2 women who did our nails were so sweet and our nails look fantastic! I recently had surgery and the woman was so thoughtful making sure I was comfortable. Set a few days after this post I realized it looks like my polish starting to Fade! Very disappointing, I've never had this happen :-( read more

UPDATE 6/10/19: I am changing my review to a 3 star instead of 4 for a couple reasons. Over time the exemplary service I experienced initially that made me LOVE this salon dwindled. The staffs attitudes changed and tech no longer seems to listen to what I want when I go in for nails. After he ruined the last two fullsets I will be looking for a new nail tech. It was so bad I walked out on the last appointment without paying for the set. ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 for only one reason. WAIT TIMES! I've consistently made appointments and I find that they never run on time. Manicure/Fullset: I absolutely adore Kang for anything to do with acrylic as I find he does impeccable work. He is always checking to make sure everything is exactly as I want it (I'm very picky) and he goes above and beyond to make that happen for me. Pedicures: I've seen several of their techs and everyone does a decent job but Kim is the absolute best. She pays close attention to what you ask and is careful. **WARNING** I will warn you that if you get gel polish on your toes, and you go in for a new pedicure... if the old gel polish isn't gone (SOAK OFF AT HOME WITH ACETONE!) then they take a drill to it. This ended up nicking my mother's big toe skin and she bled and it stung for quite a while. All in all this is a great place to come to get your nails done, everyone is very friendly and they do good work. It does pay to do a little "pre" preparation though so your nails/hands don't end up sore or overdone. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Sassy Nails. I came for a pedicure and waxing. That was the best pedicure I've ever had! The hot stones, hot towels and lengthy leg and foot massage was amazing! I was also waxed and it was painless and not a stray hair remained. Sassy will be my go to place from now on! read more

Update: Went back for the second time and same lady. Got a fill with one nail replacement because it broke off. It somehow cost me $43?! Kim was very rude for most of the appointment and I think she just decided to charge me what she wanted. I will be going somewhere else for my next fill. Just moved to Oregon from California and needed a fill. Looked at yelp and it led me here. Clean salon and nice people. Will definitely be back. read more

Typically I love coming here. But this last time I got the dip done on my nails and they literally lasted 12 days before they just popped right off. I was blown away because everyone else says they should last upwards of 3-4 weeks. I can't come back if it's gonna cost that much and not even stay on. Bummer read more

I gotta give them 5 stars I've only gone to my nail shop for the past year cuz I don't trust other places they just suck But I came here at 6:15 on a Saturday n they were already closed took me in anyways n didn't rush or do a crapy job she spent over an hour took my old nails off n out new ones on I sat at the first nail station when I walked in I don't know her name but she was awesome I think I might have a new favorite spot read more

Today I went in to get my gel polish removed. All she did was use the little drimmel tool to sand the polish down. It was NOT removed as I requested. She just said go wash your hands and I came back and asked is that it? She said yes. The previous time I was there I got a manicure only, no polish and left with so many hang nails it was almost comical. I thought surely they can't mess up taking polish off. Well I was wrong. I had been there in years past and it was fine. It is so bad I will not be going there again. I came home and did my best to make it not look so bad, try and file off the polish you could still see and put some vitamin e oil on it. Do not go there, anywhere else would be better, do it yourself, it will be better. read more

Booked an appointment 2 days prior, even bumping 30 min later due to technician telling me 30 minutes later was better for her due to another appointment already scheduled. Showed up at scheduled time with 10 customers and 4 technicians already in the salon. Appointment was not going to start anywhere near the time that was pre-arranged. Left after pedicure water went cold and no one assisted us. Extremely poor customer service. read more

Came here to get my eyelashes done and Kim was amazing! She was able to take my appointment the night before and was very gentle very understanding of what I want out of my eyelashes and they turned out amazing. Nice and full wispy! Usually when I get my eyelashes done anywhere else I have already lost an eyelash or two and I haven't lost a single one! Very well done! read more

She had worked hard to earn the money from babysitting and brought the proper amount in cash...because again, she's 13. The man that was doing her nails started shaping them when they were way too long. She's 13 years old and he was trying to give her stripper nails! My wife gets her nails done regularly and they were too long to be usable by an adult! She asked him over a dozens times to make them shorter and he would take a little off each time, keeping them still way too long. She thought he would do it before it was done because she had mentioned it so many times. He shaped each nail, all while being far too long still, and she had to ask him AGAIN to make them shorter! He didn't. I'm very proud of her for speaking up which was EXTREMELY awkward to have to do to a grown man multiple times after not being listened to. Although he didn't speak English, he understood what she was saying and they spoke about multiple other things, so it wasn't that he didn't understand, he just refused to do what she was asking for. She even showed him how long she wanted them and he just wouldn't do it. She ended up leaving with nails that were far too long and so inappropriate for a child because he wouldn't make them shorter. We had to go back once we saw them to have someone else that worked there cut them in half just to make them usable. SO AKWARD AND RUDE!! THEN when she was checking out she was expecting to pay the $60 plus tip and instead of it being $60 they said it was going to cost $82!! She was never told there would an extra charge for anything and had only gotten French tips. My daughter only brought $85 in cash so she handed him all she had and said he could keep the change as it was again, all she had with her, and the lady next to her nail tech laughter and mockingly said "oh wow, keep the change, a whole $3". Her mom showed up to pick her up and they tipped an extra $20 because she felt so bad that she didn't bring enough. Which is RIDICULOUS because she did bring enough! I'm just glad it wasn't me that picked her up. They just wanted to take advantage of the fact she's a child and overcharge her. She even questioned the price when she was checking out asking why it wasn't $60 and the lady looked at her nails confused at sounded like she was making up something about why it was $22 more. What a bunch of crooks!! What kind of business just charges whatever they want to and pressures children into overpaying and then mocks them to their face. Why would you tip when someone has not listened to you and not given you what you've asked for multiple times and overcharged you without cause. I'm SO MAD!!! My daughter now never wants to go and get her nails done again. It was such an awkward experience and I don't blame her! It's so sad because that was supposed to be a fun experience and relaxing and a special treat for herself. And instead she was stolen from and mocked to her face. I'm sure there are lots of wonderful places to get your nails done, so make sure to do your research ahead of time and please go somewhere else!

Used white putty to then create a faded French tip for index fingers. This is all hand painted! Mai is tight with her lines and technique. Instead of doom scrolling at home, this woman confessed that she's constantly scouring the internet to perfect her craft. If you want something done that's unusual (and doesn't require long faux acrylics) then show up at least a few days to a week in advance to make sure she can do it cause if she doesn't already know how to do it, she'll take the time to develop the skills needed to get the finish you want. They do provide a way to lengthen your natural nails without acrylics, they have a builder gel-type pre-made tips that are clear and don't sit thick on your nails. I've had to use them once when I broke a nail. My daughter got a full set when we were headed for spring break in Hawaii. Love this family owned and run business! Mother and daughter are the manicure techs and dad is busy answering phones prepping things, especially when it's busy. They're located in in between El Chilito & Les Schwab on hwy 99E in Canby. It's worth the drive. My parents moved to wilsonville in August, and after my mom trying quite a few salons in the area, I insisted we try Sassy when I came home from college- It was worth it. I've been here twice for a Sassy pedicure and basic manicure. It takes 2 hours but it is so beyond worth it. They take their time and the Sassy pedicure is worth the upgrade. What costs upwards of $60 in Eugene is $35 at Sassy. The salon is clean and the massage chairs are wonderful. My mom is very particular about her pink and whites, and she was very happy with what she got. I personally don't like much conversation during appointments and my lady was completely fine with that, I didn't feel pressured to talk at all, whereas my mom loves to chat away and her lady kept up the conversation with her. Been to this place twice First time there I wasnt very impressed with acrylics my nails where uneven which really bugged me. Kim was rude then nice to me I also had a pedi done by someone else which I loved! Truly enjoyed it. I went there a 2nd time and I was greeted rudely by Kim " What do you want!? I am new in town, and I needed to find a place that does acrylic nails. I did some research and made an appointment with Kim. When I came to Sassy's Nail, I noticed immediately how friendly and clean the place was. Not only was I impressed, Kim did a fantastic job on my nails. I have had my nails done before for the last 10 years, and I have never had my nails done so professionally well done. I found Sassy Nail after trying 2 other salons in Wilsonville. I get solar nails, and I wasn't happy with the quality from the other salons. Khang and Kim are the only 2 people who do my nails at Sassy, and I've never had any issues. Kim knows majority of the salon customers by name, and greets them when they come in the door. They always have some sort of daytime talk show or news playing on the TV's, which is nice. I would highly recommend this salon, the prices are good and the quality is amazing. read more
