Both my husband and I go to D-J Nails every six weeks for a pedicure. Tina is very careful to avoid the painful area on my leg and does a great professional job. Lee does my husband's pedicure and also does a professional job. We both get the full treatment with the wax and hot stones. This is a luxury we are happy to enjoy in our later years. read more

Just want to post something I think everyone should know. My wife was just at DJ Nails in Wilsonville. While she was there an elderly couple came in and confronted the manager about a $430 charge for a $38 nail job on December 22nd, 2017. Apparently, they initially charged the customer $38, but then later on went back in and changed the charge to $380. Then half an hour after that she submitted an additional $50 tip. The employee who did this is called Amanda. The entire time the manager attempted to keep other patrons from hearing the conversation by turning up the TV, etc. She also kept saying, no no your bank make mistake. The customer got the bank and credit card company on the phone, and schooled her. My wife said almost every single customer got up and walked out. She also said that the customer said this wasn't the first time she's seen a higher charge come from them. These people stole money plain and simple. They must have assumed that these people were nieve because they are elderly. These people are crooks, be very warry about doing business with them. The customer stated that they have filled a report with the police. read more

This is s good place for a pedicure on the go. My boss took me here for a spa pedicure and we enjoyed it. It is small inside but has everything you need. Chairs are comfy. A huge plus is all of the color choices- usually you get the standard 4 rows of options...not here! There seemed to be a ton of colors to choose from. I needed up just picking a nice tael color for my toes. The ladies who did our feet were kind and courteous. It's convenient location is a plus. read more

Can't go back! Don't get your waxing done here! My first time was just before a wedding and I had been referred by a friend. When I saw the burns below my brow, I was surprised and upset. But then my eye lid swelled up and it has stayed red. When I went to show her the condition of my eyelid/brow, she said it couldn't be from waxing, (which was the only product that had been ripped off my brow) but denied it could be from her. Said it was acne on my eye. Oh my gosh, that doesn't happen, particularly not to older women. I'm sorry that she couldn't have shown some empathy, or even apologized. Instead, she just denied it. They are professions, customer service advocates and pride themselves on doing a great service. They are flexible and have all the Covid precautions in place. They are reasonably price. I had my first pedicure at DJ Nails today - and I was impressed! The nail tech was careful and thorough with my nail shaping and polish, and she gave me a fabulous massage. I was worried that there might be an up charge for the hot stone treatment at the end of the appointment, but no, it was included. While I was enjoying my pedicure I watched another employee busily working to clean and sterilize all the chairs and surfaces. Very reassuring to see this businesses doing their part to keep customers and employees safe! I am picky about quality esthetics, and I have visited several other nail shops in Wilsonville, but my service experience at DJ Nails was above and beyond the rest. I'll be back! read more

I have always received great service at DJ Nails, and it saddens me to see a message implying they are not trustworthy. A bank error can happen to any business or person who deals with electronic transactions. A person would have a right to complain if an error was brought to their attention, the issue was verified with the bank, and then not resolved, but as I understand it, that is not the case for the 1/4/2018 complaint. I have never been overcharged or dissatisfied with the service I receive. The owner bends over backwards to make sure her customers are satisfied with the services received. This is my go-to place for pedicures. They have nice massage chairs, 18 rows of colors, and the staff are all accommodating. I walk in every time and rarely have to wait more than a few minutes and the one time I had a wait over 5 minutes, they set my feet up to soak and brought me a hot pack for my neck. They serve ice water in the summer and have the hot packs in the winter - much appreciated (though having air conditioning would be really nice). They give the best leg and feet massages of any walk in place I've been to in this area. They have a hot stone option that you def want to partake in. read more

0 Stars!!!! This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. It was my first and last time going there. I decided to take my mom for mothers day for a treat to get her nails done before our dinner reservations so I called around seeing if anyone had time for one full set of acrylics and gel nails for my mother...they said they could take us as soon as we got there...we showed up and we're asked to wait 10 mins that turned out to be 20 (when we told them specifically we didn't want to wait). Then the nail color selection they have is pitiful especially when they claim the business has been around for 10 years? After we were finally sat down the 2 ladies that were supposed to be working on our nails kept getting up and running to the back and only coming back several minutes later (seemed like they were trying to do our nails and someone else's pedicure which is disgusting!) Normally where I usually go they apply 2 coats evenly but here she kept applying about 4 coats and not waiting for them to dry leaving a not so appealing look and when I mentioned it she just said "don't worry put it fan it look pretty". After they were done they told us to keep our hands up to the fan to dry for an hour?? (Who has time for that and what happened to the special blue light in the corner that u let the group before us use?) I was so disgusted with their service at that point so we paid and left. After getting in the car my mother finally spoke up to me about how she felt about the service and how hideous her nails look as well. They charge $5 for a design (A line down the nail) when it looks like a child could have don't it (so messy!) My mother decided to go back and see if they could fix them for her only to be told that she did not get the gel nails when that is what we paid for and that they would not fix them they are her problem the second she walks out of there...she walked away leaving my mom at the register speachless at how incredibly rude an owner can be. read more
