I have a bichon frise who needs regular grooming and absolutely hates going to the groomers. It's always a heartbreak when I drop her off. Liz is usually the person that grooms my dog, but once Amanda did and both did a fantastic job. What I love about Liz is that she's extremely caring. She's super understanding of my dogs anxiety and my concern of her anxiety when I drop her off. She has even suggested specific dates for when it's best to take her in (quieter dates) so that my dog doesn't get too stressed. She always gives me an estimate of when she'll be ready and the one time she wasn't, she called to let me know. In all, she great!

You walk in and they are so nice, so friendly and welcoming. My dog has been there several times and comes home smelling amazing and looking great. I definitely recommend them. Also, I love that they post photos to facebook- so cute! The owner makes a 7:30 am drop off specially for cats so they are not stressed about dogs. Which is thoughtful. She has a gate on her porch to prevent dogs from running out the door into the parking lot or street. Very good idea. I brought my cat there just recently, and had him shaved. I neglected grooming- sorry. They did an awesome job. Did EXACTLY what I wanted. Lickety-split in under 30 minutes. Without a single nick. Bailey, the feisty cat, is so happy to be rid of his mats. Anyway, I'll definitely bring him in on a regular basis to prevent mats from coming. Highly recommend Bark of the Town.
