I apologized again and again and told her it was a technical error, and she keeps repeating her frustration at me, while she's laying into me, she uses severe heat and pulls at my roots. She also criticized my hair itself. While I understand that she may have been frustrated, this did not warrant such unnecessary behavior, was a very unpleasant experience.

This salon clearly does not care about that. First off, no one ever answers the phone. There is no way to get a hold of the owner, and communication is non-existent. My stylist, Lucky, already canceled on me in December for a funeral, which I understood. But then in January, I rescheduled for a Wednesday, and a day later, I saw my appointment was changed in the system without anyone even telling me. When I finally got a hold of her, she said she was "on a movie set." I had specifically picked "Any Staff" when I booked so that I wouldn't have to deal with one person's schedule, so why was I being told I couldn't be seen? If you're busy on a movie set, you shouldn't be taking bookings from the public. When she finally "fitted me in" at 7 PM, the whole thing was half-assed and rushed. I didn't even get to pick my own glaze color; she just did whatever. I told her I was happy to finally get my split ends under control, and she just dismissed me and said, "everyone has split ends." I go to a salon for the experience and to feel seen, but I felt like I was just a nuisance she was trying to hurry up and finish. To make it even worse, my partner's appointment was also canceled last minute because the other stylist didn't have a babysitter. It's just constant excuses here. Then, when it was finally time to go, Lucky didn't even seem to know how to collect the payment. It was so disorganized and awkward. I still gave a 15% tip because I'm a responsible person and I value labor, but honestly, I feel like I was bamboozled. I could have stayed home and done the glaze and the cut myself for way less money and zero headache. I'm done with professional salons if this is how they treat people. I won't be back.

The room where the service was done…read morewas FREEZING; it was a chilly day to start with and not a comfortable/relazing procedure with the chilly temps in the treatment room. While the staff member who performed the facial was very nice and polite, she seemed inexperienced and tentative. Last, the facial left me with dry patches across my cheeks and a depleted skin barrier. Overall, not a good experience. I emailed the spa with my feedback and never received a response.

I have been a customer for 5 years with the owner Ann. I am in such disbelief of how I was just…read moretreated. Ann colored my hair for years. I went to her on May 19th and asked if she could do a grey blend. She said she could. Two and a half weeks later I stopped in last week and showed her my hair which all the color was gone. she scheduled an appointment for today for me. I walked in and she told me the color came out because of the shampoo I used (which I showed her at the time of my visit what I was using) I told her I washed my hair 5 times since I last saw her. I said "well maybe you should sell the shampoo you want your clients to use". I didn't say it meanly. I wash my hair 2 x a week. Ann was very passive aggressive toward me. I left in tears beca she refused to do anything for me and that includes listening. Every time I started to say something she wouldn't let me finish my thought process or sentence. nobody should feel they way i felt when i left there. I can only assume she was out of her depth of her profession and just didn't want to be bothered by me.
