Despite how busy and overwhelming it was, she made sure to greet everyone who walked in and was incredibly friendly and welcoming with each customer. We watched her go above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. She made small conversation with customers between orders, double-checked that everyone was getting exactly what they wanted, helped customers with pickup orders, and was constantly making sure no one felt overlooked. For most of our visit, she was the only person taking orders on the line, and she was also ringing customers up when needed. Even with the long line and nonstop orders, Julia remained patient, kind, and professional. Her attitude really made a difference, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about providing good customer service. Employees like Julia deserve recognition for the effort and energy they put into creating a positive experience. Thank you, Julia, for making our visit such a great one!
