Bad news it's the drive train, good news it's under warranty. Pete had called Kia himself and got all the info for me. They found the cheapest tow company & got it towed to Kia. Kia would not cover a loaner car until they knew for certain that was what it was. They let her use their loaner car until we got an answer from Kia. NO charge! I really had to do nothing because Peter did all the leg work, made all the calls to get it taken care of. They really went above & beyond to help with the repairs on my daughter car and I could never thank them enough. She has a crack in her windshield and they even called around and found the cheapest repair for the windshield. NO they were unable to fix the car because of the warranty, but did their absolute best to help us get it fixed. I have used them for many, many repairs on my car, my husbands truck & my daughters car and will not go anywhere else to have work done. They are truly an honest repair shop and just wonderful people

Recently the pipe between the catalytic converter and the muffler broke on my 20 year old Ford F250 pickup. I wasn't about to pay for a whole new exhaust system. I dropped by yesterday afternoon to ask what to do. They recommended getting a pipe custom-cut to patch the break and clamps to hold it all together. Gave me an estimate of $80-100. I left it there overnight; it was done at 3:30 this afternoon-- Bill was $77.64. Can't get better serice than that. Plus, everybody's friendly; small-town smiles!
