I showed up to my appointment and they told me at my appointment time that I was out of network. I want to see a doctor who is in-network so I told them that and left. I never signed anything nor filled out any paperwork. I get a bill in the mail for a no show appointment of $250! I call them to figure what this was for and they said it was a no show fee even though I showed to the appointment on time. Wow! What scammers! We will be contacting our lawyer and making a complaint to the board for fraud!

We have insurance, and good insurance at that. Our insurance called their office and told them our portion was maximum of under $300. They refused that and said we were to deal with insurance after the fact. Fast forward several months, their office decided to treat us as a cash patient and told us to deal with insurance ourselves. My insurance finally sent me my reimbursement and it was a small fraction of what was paid to their office. None of this information was disclosed to us prior to the procedure. Highly disappointed because the level of care is good but their billing practices are shameful.

By FAR though, my five-year-old daughter saw him for snoring, possible, sleeping issues, and lots of tantrums. We had seen our Pediatrician. We've seen our dentist and nothing had been solved. Dr. Amoils got an x-ray which showed enlarged adenoids and they were promptly removed. I think only two weeks later. My daughter, no longer mouth breathes or snores and sleep significantly better, absolutely incredible, a small surgery with a massive change. You have to put more solution in your ear and it will soften up and then come back. -I thought the heck with this and went to an urgent care nearby and they flushed out my ear with warm water and patience. He scheduled him for a Septoplasty and was amazingly knowledgable, compassionate and caring from the consultation, through the lab and X-ray tests, the surgery itself and the aftercare. He really cares about his patients (and their families) and it shows! It's now three weeks post surgery and my son feels like a new person and can breathe properly for the first time in his life. I did a hearing test which was normal and then he placed me on on back on the table, turns my head each way and I was fine, but when he sat me up I was severely dizzy all over again. He shrugged his shoulders and left me walking out of that office hardly able to walk I was so dizzy, and I was perfectly fine walking in! I had to hold on the walls and stay in bed for a week after this drs visit! Twenty minutes later they had approval. What??? So I made an appt to see Dr. Wareham the following Thursday (today). Today I go there at 10:00 to fill out necessary history. My appt was at 10:30. I then was called in at 11:15. The nurse told me Dr. Cho would be right with me. Dr. Cho?? I said. My appt is with Dr. Wareham I told her. The office booked me with a different doctor! The earliest I could get in to see Dr.Wareham would be in 3 weeks they told me. While in the back before all this happened, I gave the nurse a list of all medications I'm on for Epilepsy, Diabetes and Heart Disease. When I was leaving the doctor's office I asked for my list back. The nurse gave me a printout from their computer which she had already entered and ripped up the list I gave her. Fine. I could print out another copy; however, once I was home I looked at the printout which she entered and it was wrong! So now I can't get in to see Dr. Wareham for 3 weeks. This is my 5th week with Vertigo. Office staff was nice however incompetent and beyond frustrating.

I had a splinter and it caused an infection. I went in for antbiotics BUT ended up needing surgery. And if Lorena had just treated me as an average idiot and sent me on my way, I'd be minus a digit now. And they called a few days later to check in on me! Who does that these days?!
