I loveeee this new location, I have been going to Satori for a while now; I basically go mostly for maintenance now, once every 6 months or so. My results have been so amazing consistently and I have recommended several of my friends to Satori, specifically Tsira, and they have all been blown away with the results as well. This review is for the new location that I'm so happy they opened, I live in Brooklyn and going to the city, finding parking was a bit of a struggle so I always took subway, under current circumstances, taking a subway is not an option for me (because of COVID-19) so Brooklyn location is perfect. Also, it's such an amazing neighborhood, it's my favorite neighborhood in Brooklyn; once you get your laser done, you can stroll around, enjoy amazing restaurants and so on. My specialist, Tsira, works at this location once or twice a week and I make my schedule work around her, I have been seeing her for as long as I have been going to Satori so, the level of comfort and trust we have developed it making me follow her wherever she goes. I had my consultation on Oct. 5th with Katherine and decided to start my treatment with her right after. This location was very welcoming, patient, and clean. Ashley was at the front desk, once I walked in she guessed my name right (which always adds a little razzle dazzle to the experience lol) and got me started with the paperwork right away. Once I completed the forms, Ashley offered me tea, coffee, or water and the wait time was literally 2-3mins. Katherine was so nice, very soft spoken, and patient. I originally tried Satori after buying a Groupon there for underarm hair removal, and have continued to return even after I used up the Groupon sessions! The facility is bright and clean. Bought a Groupon for six sessions on a large area (I chose lower leg). It was my first time with laser hair removal and too good a deal to pass up. Upon arrival for my first session, the space was clean and beautiful. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist. And I felt comfortable and safe with all of their Covid precautions. Katherine has been my aesthetician for each session so far and has been an absolute delight. She clearly explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The procedure itself was great with her experience. She made me feel comfortable the whole time and checked in to make sure I was ok or experiencing any pain. I noticed immediate results after just one treatment and the results after two or three has been game changing. This has been the greatest decision of my life considering how much discomfort I feel from my very thick leg hair. My skin is super sensitive, bleeds no matter what I've tried if I shave too often and feels like needles piercing through my skin when it grows back. This place is just AMAZING!! I have suffered for years from really bad ingrowns on multiple body parts. They would always get infected and leave dark marks. During the pandemic, I did my research on laser hair removal and I saw Satori Laser. Just by the very first phone call with them I knew this was going to be it. The receptionist who answered the phone was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was very patient and detailed in answering my questions. When I came in, the place was SPOTLESS. Everything was so clean and sanitized. They take great care in making sure everything is extra sanitized with the pandemic that is going on. They made me feel very safe and they were super attentive, even while taken all precautions for all our safety. The session went by smoothly, and it was basically painless.
