After a day of post-quarantine shopping my family and I popped in to Sauceeino for lunch. They are currently open, but for the time being ordering is by phone or app and drive through pickup. You can also dine outside on their patio on tables with umbrellas. The owner says he is taking it slow before resuming indoor dining. Sauceeino is a fast serve Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurant with a concept similar to Chipotle. Start with a wrap, bowl or platter. Choose a delicious protein (lamb, chicken, falafel, beef or pork) on rice or veggies. Add a side (hummus, baba ghannouj, kale, beans etc) pickled veggie and sauce. Customize your way and then gobble the healthy goodness up. I ordered the chicken rotisserie bowl with rice, kale, pickled cabbage and carrots and blueberry sauce. The portion was generous and very fresh. I love the rice with a hint of cinnamon. The yummy blueberry garlic sauce has a nice punch of flavor. And the kale...never before have I had such tasty kale. The kale actually got tons of raves - tender and fresh with a roasted garlic flavor - so yummy. I really hope to return soon!

Such a great experience! Super welcoming experience by the staff! It was so delicious. So much food you don't have to feel bad eating cause it's on the healthier side! Absolutely loved it! Definitely will come back when I'm in town again. So many different sauces to choose from!

Was just passing through town...found this place on yelp! Talk about hitting a Home Run! The food is amazing and so is the owner! He walked me through all the choices and helped me figure out what was their best choices were for myself! Really nice guy! Will be stopping back in any chance I get!!! Best Mediterranean I think I've ever had.

We stumbled upon this place after hiking in nearby Mill Creek. I don't think we could have made a better choice for dinner. They had meat, vegetarian, and vegan options, and all are made even more flavorful with their abundance of sides, garnishes, and sauces. Honestly, I don't think there's a bad combination and the portions were very generous. (I got a falafel wrap with greens, hummus, tabouli, beans, spicy beets, ginger, and a sweet spicy sauce. Out of this world. My boyfriend got a chicken bowl and was equally impressed with the combination of flavors.) The owner is absolutely wonderful and up for offering suggestions or answering questions. I'll go out of my way to come back here anytime I'm in the area. Oh, and if you want to try a delicious dessert, ask for the namoura.

If you like Greek or Syrian - try this place. If you are vegan, you MUST try this place. Do not go here if you want bland boring food or everything staying on a separate part of your plate. The owner served us and says he's Lebanese. He gave us samples of sauces so we knew how to order. I've eaten some of the same items in other middle eastern restaurants but there were a lot of sauces and sides I've never seen elsewhere.

Amazing authentic Mediterranean food! The owner greeted us right away and gave us samples of all of the homemade sauces. He walked us through the whole process and customized our bowl right down to the flavoring. He's very kind and great to talk to as well. Definitely a hidden gem that is flavorful and affordable. Come on by sometime.

Everything on the menu is connected to mindful eating, loving and appreciating yourself, and improving your health and the way you feel about yourself. That sounds pretty heavy, but I recommend that you try it. It may not change your life, but at least you can appreciate how delicious it is, and how vibrant and healthy you feel after eating it. All the ingredients are fresh and healthy, you couldn't ask for anything more. Bottom line, it tastes fantastic.

So, actually a guy at the information booth was eating something from here and I asked him where he got it from because it looked very good and he recommended them to me. So we headed their way. Tbh: Every place that we wanted to eat at had a line 25-50 deep and we were super hungry and their line was only like 5-7 people deep which was a blessing. First off, the service in general was kind of crappy, but I understand as it was a hot and very busy day and from what they told my gf at the time they were getting low on food as well and only had a couple items that were left from the menu. After deciding what we wanted which was one of three things my gf at the time ordered us the Mac and Cheese and a container of ranch to take home while I looked for a place for us to eat. So after they handed her our food we headed over to an area with tables and chairs to eat the Mac and Cheese. I must say we both thoroughly enjoyed every single bit of it and my gf at the time isn't even vegan. So that says a lot! I highly recommended it :) FYI: The person who took her order also forgot to give her the container of ranch she paid for. I wasn't made aware that she purchased it until afterwards because my gf at the time wanted to surprise me but they didn't give her a receipt so she had no proof. Oh well, you live and learn, sadly! The vibe on this day was on point so we let the little things go in regards to the crappy service and the shorting us of an overpriced container of ranch fall to the wayside and continued on with our wonderful day, smiling and enjoying the amazing festival and area. If I decide to stop by your food trailer again this year at the festival or whenever I am somewhere you are posted up in front of, I hope you make up for your mistakes from last year because that's the right thing to do.

But once you step inside, you feel it -- you know there is care here. And once the food arrives, there is absolutely no doubt about it: this place is something special. We started with the appetizer platter, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best I've ever had. The grape leaves were perfection -- tender, delicate, and layered with flavor. No bitterness, no heaviness, just beautifully seasoned, comforting bites that tasted like they were made with tradition and love. Then came the falafel, which truly shocked me. I've never been a huge fan of falafel because it's usually dry, dense, and in desperate need of drowning in sauce just to get it down. Not here. These were moist, tender, and overflowing with flavor. Honestly -- the best falafel I have ever had. The entire platter was so fresh, so vibrant, and so alive that my entire family kept going back for "just one more bite"... and then one more again. Next up were the pita wraps, and my gyro was an absolute work of art. Overflowing with perfectly seasoned meat and tucked into soft, warm pita, it was generously filled to the brim -- no skimping here. It makes perfect sense why they charge a small sharing fee because one could easily be split between two people. That said, I strongly recommend getting your own... and then taking half home for later (if you have the willpower). My sister ordered the sleek with shrimp, and WOW. I'm typically not a fan of sautéed greens -- it's usually a texture thing for me -- but this completely changed my mind. The shrimp were tender and perfectly cooked, and the greens were flavorful, balanced, and beautifully seasoned. Even as a self-proclaimed non-fan, I was blown away. One of the most memorable parts of the experience was the heart behind the counter. The ladies in the kitchen were clearly cooking with love and pride. You can taste the tradition in every bite. Our server was a bit quiet at first, but she quickly warmed up, became very helpful, and offered a recommendation that turned out to be one of the highlights of the entire meal: the seasonal Pumpkin Mamonia. Now let me explain what mamonia is for those who don't know -- because this dessert deserves its moment. Mamonia is a traditional Middle Eastern dessert, similar to a semolina pudding. It's warm, creamy, gently sweet, and infused with spices and aromatic notes like cinnamon and nutmeg. The pumpkin version at Sittay's takes this already-comforting dish and turns it into a fall masterpiece -- velvety, lightly spiced, and incredibly comforting without being overly sweet. It was, in my book, a home run... or the Mediterranean equivalent of one. Unique, cozy, elegant, and absolutely unforgettable. If it's on the menu, do not skip it. As for the baklava, the flavor was tremendous. For anyone unfamiliar, baklava is made of delicate layers of flaky phyllo dough, filled with chopped nuts (often pistachios or walnuts), then finished with a fragrant honey or sugar syrup. It's crisp on top, sticky-sweet inside, and the perfect finale to a Mediterranean meal. My only small surprise was the portion size; for $7, the piece felt a bit smaller compared to how generous everything else was throughout the lunch. That said, the seasonal baklava was divine in flavor -- rich, fragrant, and beautifully made. At the moment, Sittay's does not offer cocktails or wine. There is a tap house next door, but beer wasn't what appealed to my family that day. A simple white wine -- perhaps a Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc -- would be a lovely addition and a perfect complement to their vibrant Mediterranean dishes, especially for indulgent holiday lunches with family. All in all, Sittay's is a hidden gem in Greensburg -- one of those rare places where the food, the heart, and the hospitality come together effortlessly. Make the trip. Take the time. Try something new at Sittay's. You will NOT be sorry.

The service was good! The pricing was good ! My problem is , I discovered ants in my drink! Kinda takes your taste buds out of the game when your brain says you drank bugs! Brought this to our waitress attention and she gave me another glass of of soda , that I had no intention of drinking. So we pressed on as the food was good. The waitress brought a sky tab for payment and brought more ants to the table. I called the waitress over and she apologized and took this to the owner or manager and came back to us with offering free baklava! The person in charge couldn't be bothered to come and address the situation even as we were the only people in the restaurant. I won't ever go back, even though the food was good. After standing up, I noticed VEVO insect lights plugged into every outlet around the dining room. So they know they have issues , Apparently Mediterraneans don't have people skills! Sorry! Just my experience at a restaurant of a cuisine I tried for the first time today! I wouldn't have given a negative review if this issue was addressed better! I don't blame the waitress, I blame the person in charge!
