My wife wasn't as hungry as I was so she ordered a kid's hotdog, which was of course plain with no frills except for mustard. I love Chicago dogs so that is what I ordered with my choice of a polish sausage in it. What I got was not a Chicago dog. It didn't have the bright green relish, the pickles were slices instead of a spear, the tomatoes were diced fine instead of wedges and the chili peppers were not the sport peppers usually put on Chicago dogs. I got the lava dog with da Hawaiian red dog and added garlic aioli (unlimited toppings)! It came with jalapenos, onions, spicy aioli (not spicy at all), and melted pepper jack cheese. The presentation of my hot dog was beautiful! Simple but beautiful. The addition of garlic aioli helped enhance the flavor of what I also had. I actually didn't realize da Hawaiian red dog was the really pink ones until I got my order (smh). And I also felt like I should have customized my hot dog with the unlimited toppings provided especially for the price paid (dang it) . But nevertheless, I really enjoyed my meal! My friend got their chili dog with the all beef dog. I was able to split half-half with him and try his. It wasn't too different from other chili dogs that I've had before.
