I followed up with her multiple times over a course of a month via text and left voicemails. She charged me for a diagnostic fee but never heard back from her again. If she was busy and could not take me on as a client, all she had to do was respond to me and let me know but to ignore and not respond back is unprofessional and not right. Based on her reviews, I was excited to reach out to her. It's hard to find a good, responsive, and a trust worthy marine mechanic. I suppose it still is.
