Bryan made the entire process very easy, with no hidden fees tacked on like most dealerships. There was no back and forth, no shady transactions. This dealership flat-out misrepresented the car they sold me…read more The listing bragged about the "premium Bose audio system" in not one, not two, but three separate places. After driving 18 hours round trip to buy it, I discovered the audio system doesn't even work. The amp is clearly blown, meaning what they advertised simply wasn't true. When I reached out, their only "solution" was beyond insulting: they told me to drive another 18 hours back, pay them to fix the system that they falsely advertised, and then drive another 18 hours to pick it up. Completely unreasonable. When I pushed back and mentioned I'd be forced to go to the BBB if they wouldn't make this right, the salesman immediately cut off communication, claiming I "threatened" him. Now they refuse to respond at all. This is scammy, unprofessional behavior at its worst. They're happy to take your money, but the second there's a problem they vanish. If you value honesty, integrity, or even basic customer service, avoid this place at all costs.

It went in a deep country ditch so there was undercarriage damage in addition to rear and front bumper damage among many other things. A previously dented door was even taken care of out of Monte's deep concern and pride in his work. The SUV looks better than ever! My only concerns for the future of this business is that Monte is stretched too thinly between supervising collision work, car sales, managing his front desk, ordering parts and etc. He literally needs administrative assistance during all regular business hours to keep things running smoothly, efficiently, and to take the additional stress of customer service off his plate. Other than that, Mr. Jones is an honest and caring businessman who looks out for his customers, networks well with others to share workloads outside of his team's scope and takes great pride in his field of expertise. In short, if it's related to cars and he can't do it, he very likely knows someone who can! He literally does magic.

I bought this car as is 2/24/26 and 2 days later it started overheating. I took to Big Al's like they recommended and Big Al's replaced the coolant assembly the car was still overheating so Big Al's recommended the electrical shop and I took it to them. Tidewater Auto Electric didn't find any electrical problems. So I took it to Dave's Tire and Auto center and they said the PSM needs to be replaced and all of the module because they are no longer communicating with each other. That's not safe and yet carland sold it to me anyway.
