You can truly spend a day at this location enjoying the many perks. For example, we enjoyed an afternoon of family swim, then dropped the kids off at their childcare (included with a family plan membership), and spent time on their exercise machines and in the weights section. They have quite a few better machines and strength training compared to some private gyms we used to belong to. You can tell this Y tries very hard and cares about staying committed to its members. There's a sense of pride in this place that can only be experienced upon immersing yourself in all the South County Y has to offer.
