Krystal was kind and communicative prior to the message and I asked for medium pressure and it was perfect. I had booked the basic pedicure for 30 minutes after my massage for a buffer but they asked if I wanted it back to back and I did and they made sure it was ok if I was a minute or two late because of getting dressed which was wonderful. I even asked if I could last minute upgrade to the next level pedicure to have a full hour and they were happy to accommodate that as well. My pedicure with Janessa was fantastic as well! I used to work in homeless services and there is a concept called "meeting people where they are at" rather than where they should be. I feel like Jun met my body where it was at, and not where it should be. In other words she was adaptable, intuitive, and really got into the core problem areas.
