I've now tried nearly all the services here at Restore and I have loved each one of them along with all the benefits that come with it!

Great experience with their team using their cryotherapy chamber. I plan on going back to try out their other offerings.

Perfect way to end the day after a whole day of snowboarding! Just like most establishments in…read moredowntown, this place doesn't have their own parking lot so give yourself a little bit more time to look for street parking. My husband and I were able to book within the same day for a 90-min experience. We had a private room with an infrared dry sauna, steam room/shower, and a small space with a bench to place our belongings. It looked like there was only one other room for a couple but I'm not sure if they had more that I didn't see? It was nice that we were able to connect our own music to the Bluetooth speakers. We paid $115 for the both of us since we upgraded $5 to include Halotherapy which is a salt capsule released in the infrared sauna. The salt capsule lasted for maybe about 20 minutes but it felt nice breathing it in. Outside on the patio, there were 2 cold plunge tubs. The colder one is a one-person pod while the less cold (which was still soooo cold) could fit 2 people but it'd be better to just do one at a time. There's also a 2-person jacuzzi outside. There's also a set of outdoor furniture that looks inviting to hang out in on a warmer day. Rosa checked us in and thoroughly explained the process since it was our first time here. She was welcoming, helpful, and patient with all of our questions. The experience itself was so rejuvenating. We stayed in the infrared sauna for about 25 minutes (they also provide sunglasses to block out the light), then the steam sauna for about 10 minutes then we hurried outside to cold plunge. We came here in the winter time and so it was already so cold out in the patio. The cold plunge felt so good after being the heat for a while but I could only last for 30-60 seconds before my body gave up. It was nice getting to scurry on over to the hot tub afterwards. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here! I wish we had something like this where I'm from. Next time we're in town for snowboarding, I'll definitely come back here again!

Absolutely relaxing and will be coming again soon. I recommend the halotherapy, which is the saline spray for the dry sauna - it opened up my pores and I could breathe better. In the dry sauna, you can change the lighting to different colors, connect your phone with bluetooth for music, and then right after hop in to a super steamy shower. They also have complimentary tea and water. Do the cold plunge and jacuzzi as well. Props to the owner for being so chill and welcoming.

Although the massages were great , the atmosphere was not relaxing enough. Very small space including the lounges/ common room. The pool/hot tub area is a shared space with the rest of the hotel so there were tons of families and kids running around - I've been to other spas with the hot tubs and pools are private for spa guests. The women's locker room was a little dirty and unkept. I had to ask one of the girls to dump the trash because it was overflowing! Given that it's a 5 star hotel and the price, I would have expected a better space and spa experience.

Let me first start off saying that the 50 min massages were really good .. but..When we got to the appointment the woman that checked us in started off by saying the hot tub is broken... we were pretty bummed bc that was something we def wanted to utilize.. Well, the men's facilities were in pretty bad shape - their 17 spray shower was also broken and a lot of the knobs and hardware were loose or hanging (not something you expect from a 5star spa) The pool you use is for everyone in the hotel ..It was absolutely freezing when we put our feet in. The relaxation rooms were pretty cramped and it was very busy with people all around.. Definitely not the quality for the exorbitant price of almost $500 with tip for 2 massages. They need to do a serious upgrade at this hotel.

My wife and I came for some hot stone massages, not really knowing what they entailed…read more Turns out, while it was of course relaxing, I think both of us would have preferred a more traditional massage. In the stone massage, they literally only massage you with the rocks. No hands. So it wasn't really as relaxing as we had hoped. However I do not think this is a reflection on the quality of their business at all. Just a personal preference. Both massage therapists were super friendly and professional and the other staff is always so nice as well. Both my wife and I will 100% be back to try out more of their services

We both had the 60 minute "Relax" massage with scalp add on and it was one of the BEST massage experiences I've ever had! My massage therapist was Jordan. I've never had a male massage therapist before so I was pretty nervous about it. But Jordan was extremely professional and did a great job of being respectful and putting me at ease. We talked about my preferences before he got started and he did an amazing job with the exact right amount of pressure and time focusing on problem areas. He had such a calming, peaceful presence and wonderful touch as well - truly was the most relaxing experience I've ever had! All of their treatments include heated stone work which was just heavenly. And the scalp add on was definitely something I'd get again - as you'd imagine, it's a more focused massage and included some lovely aromatherapy. My DIL's massage therapist was Harmonie and she was SO happy with her experience as well. This was my DIL's first massage so she was also nervous lol. Harmonie was super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming and immediately made my DIL feel at ease. She loved it and we'll definitely be back for another girls day out. The space is small with sleek minimalist spa vibes. And while they don't have any room for saunas or baths or anything like that they do have a nice boutique area with spa products and other items like locally-made jewelry. I got some really cute earrings and some fantastic soaps and lotions which I've been loving! Booking online via their website was very easy. Prices are what you'd expect for the level of service and the quality is totally justified. Like most spas, they have a cancellation policy of 24 hour or more notice to cancel - if less than 24 hours they charge 50% of your scheduled service but that's pretty standard for most places. They're located in a small shopping center with a few parking spots out front and plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area. There are some stairs required to get up into the spa area and I didn't see any elevator options so there may be handicap access issues. Tysm to Jordan and Harmonie for making our pre-wedding girls day so special and helping us relax during all the wedding chaos! Hope to see yall again soon!

I made a couples massage reservation weeks ago. Hot tip: they do 15% off sales a few times a year so get on their email list and buy a package since they don't expire. We got their Kura massage and they were able to get us in the same room. It was so relaxing and every time we go, I always regret not getting the 90 min massage. My massage therapist Kierstie was incredible! I mentioned my neck and upper back pain and she perfectly focused on them and the surrounding muscles to loosen all the tightness. My husband had Heather and he said she was great too! The massage beds at Kura Door got a big upgrade years ago to medical beds so you can get maneuvered into positions that are more optimal to get certain muscles. Ugh! I can't love this place enough. It's peaceful from the minute you walk in. You're escorted to take your shoes off and shown the dressing room to change into your robe. The waiting area has warm water, dried fruit, cold water and teas that are DIVINE! We didn't get a facial but in past times, I generally always get one.

This cute facility is tucked in the Avenues neighborhood and while there isn't a ton of parking in the lot, it's not too difficult to find a spot on the street within a reasonable walking distance. The staff was really nice and the facility was clean and sanitized - both big wins in my book. There are also lot of different offerings to be customized to your liking and you can spend time at the steam room or quiet rooms with light snacks, water, and tea options. I loved every minute here and can't wait to go back!

The bandeau style bra is made from what I can only describe as "open-house shoe covers" material and was a little scratchy so I preferred to keep on my quick dry skivvies rather than get mixed up with the underwear too. I would probably just bring a swimsuit next time. There are tea and sodas available to drink while you wait. I liked that that infrared sauna is actually in the treatment room, so you can go straight from it to the table. Overall, a nice place to warm up and get a facial. To the owner, I would just request slightly longer blankets, I run cold constantly and having my bare feet out and without a heated table took some getting used to.
