Quick, reliable and friendly. I called the owner, Tal and he was able to come to my house within 30 minutes. I needed a smart lock installed on one of my doors and when I called other companies they were not as familiar with this kind of installation. I am so impressed by this service. Staying out in Stinson Beach, I seemed to have lost my car keys. Tearing apart the vacation rental, I couldn't find the key and assumed that somehow it might have been locked in the car though I think that's impossible. I originally gave five stars and said that they did a great job, but they didn't put my lockset back into the door correctly, which caused the problem to return months later. They told me there was a flaw in the construction of the door that made it impossible for the lockset sit properly within it. I finally convinced the door manufacturer come to my house (9 years after the door was installed). The manufacturer rep said the locksmith didn't do the job correctly. A scam! I was EXTREMELY overcharged, $440 to replace my deadbolt after drilling the barrel. Locks cost about $30 and I was charged $125. Person did not arrive in a company vehicle, and payment was made via a cell phone. Seemed friendly enough, but then did some calling and research. First time calling a locksmith.
