Always friendly and informative about products. My refills are always on time. I can pickup my prescription and grocery shop in 1 trip.

I told him that due to some scheduling conflicts, I had no choice but to reschedule the appointment at around 6 pm, but the pharmacist told me that I can come in at any time today to get the vaccine. I thanked him for the reassurance and I went here to get Meningitis ACWY and B versions. I wanted to take these two vaccines again because of the recent Meningitis B outbreak in England, and I didn't want to get Meningitis from someone who was recently in the UK. I don't want to sound rude or insensitive in any way, but I would rather be vaccinated than getting Meningitis. The pharmacist Jason was really gentle with me and he was really good at talking to me and calming me down. He didn't take too long to prepare the vaccines. I also told him about my COVID vaccine nightmare that happened to me over the weekend. I was bedridden and nauseous AF. I threw up several times at home. Jason asked me if the illness went away the next day and I told him that I fully recovered. He was really glad. I also told Jason that I read that people with a history of headache disorders are more likely to get the rare side-effects of the COVID vaccine. He told me that's likely possible. I told him that when I was 18, I was sexually exploited and the trauma of it has caused me to develop tension headaches. He told me that he was really sorry to hear what happened to me. He pinched my shoulder and then shook it to lessen the pain from the vaccines. It was worth it. He also used a single band-aid and put it vertically.

And the reason why I don't go inside when I stand too long my back hurt. But the reason why I'm writing this today I have to say they are so helpful. I put in description no word so then I had to call in and explained to them what I need a refill is kind of emergency inhaler. They get it done less than 30 minutes. Just wanna say thank you so much so appreciated. The pharmacy team they are the best even though they're so busy but they get our subscription refill.

To make sure we get our CVS pharmacies right, the address for this Yelp listing is the CVS inside…read moreTarget. Don't let the pictures of the one that closed across the street that was next to Trader Joe's. I know I checked into the wrong one a couple of times. Now that the one at the Village of Orange is closed, this is the closest CVS to me, although CVS originally transferred all my prescriptions to the CVS on Katella. For the most part, this CVS is fine. It can get busy, but then all of them can. What's challenging about this one is the hours are shortened compared to most stand-alone CVS's. This isn't good for people who work and might not be able to pick up prescriptions during the day. The other thing about this location is they often run our of over-the-counter medication, especially around cold and flu time. On the plus side, I've received my last couple of flu/covid shots here and found them to be very friendly and helpful. I always make an appointment which helps, but if a walk-up comes before you check in via the app, you might still be waiting 10-15 minutes. However, I appreciate the fact that they take their time with people and don't rush into just jabbing them with a vaccine and kicking them to the door.

I previously gave this CVS in the Orange Target store 4 stars. My review was based on the good…read morecustomer service provided by members of the pharmacy team. That hasn't changed. I'm changing that rating to a negative review because I'm totally frustrated with the automated AI system they're now using. It has made talking to an actual person in the pharmacy department almost impossible. I have tried everything to circumvent the automated system and haven't found a way to do that. Many of the AI `bots' used by other businesses that I have encountered are responsive, and communication is interactive. The one used by CVS talks AT you, and can't be interrupted from its programmed monologues. There are times when I need to speak to a pharmacy person directly for my individual needs or questions, but the CVS 'bot' doesn't provide a means for doing that. I'm tired of having to drive miles to Target/CVS just to speak to a pharmacist, when a simple phone conversation is all I need. I've talked to the CVS staff and their response is that CVS is aware of the problem and is working to correct it. I'm inclined to not believe this since months have gone by and nothing has improved. I have even tried calling the Target store customer service desk to be transferred to a pharmacist, but after repeated calls and much wasted time I've discovered that nobody answers that line.

The employee assisting me explained that even though I had 10+ forms of identification with me she needed to scan the back of my drivers license to give me my meds. Another employee working in close proximity to her came over and asked if I know my drivers license number. I do and I gave it to her. I was able to pick up my prescriptions at that time. The employee's name is Noah. I so appreciated his help in saving me a trip of leaving and returning when there was another solution. My medical insurance recently changed from Walgreens to CVS. Shout out to Noah offering his unsolicited help. CVS you have an exemplary employee to be proud of representing your company. He deserves recognition. I'm certain I'm not the only one Noah has helped. It's who he is.

The Target in this place is so comforting and calming as someone with autism. This pharmacist lady who is African American is so sweet and gentle with me. She reminds me of a woman I saw on tv years ago, but I don't know who it could be? She asked me if I was ok after going to the restroom before getting the vaccine shots. I told her that I had matcha on the way here and likely had a bathroom emergency due to the stress and anxiety I was dealing with. This place is so comforting to be in.

    * NO TAP PAYMENTS *…read more Walmart is Walmart and there's not much to say about that. They have everything you need and they have good deals. But one thing they don't have... is tap payment! If you're a frequent Walmart shopper, I'm sure you know already. I personally don't shop at Walmart often so I didn't know and had to leave without any of my items. I was a little upset because I felt like I wasted time :( just wanted to warn everyone to make sure to bring their cards with them!

I went there after my Walmart app indicated there was a microwave on rollback for $49. In the app it appeared there were many in stock and when I arrived I found the microwave and placed it in my cart. I noticed the item was listed for $20 more so I figured I took it to the check out but the clerk could not help me price match the item. I talked with a lead or manager and she suggested I purchase a membership for $59 a year and have it delivered to my house. She also suggested I order it online and pick it up later. I had the exact item in the cart, why would I returned later? It is unfortunate that she could not honor the online price even this one time for a community member and regular customer, I left the store with no microwave and picked one up at Home Depot. On another note, the lines are always long. The clerks don't seem to happy to help. I just don't get it. Walmart, do better!!!
