I requested to have the person at the front to come and assist with the translation because the paraffin was not being placed correctly through my heel, but the lady just ignored me. I asked her just to get me another paraffin bag, she was reluctant until she finally seen she needed to. I didnt want to be the karen so I just left. I can't believe I paid $60 for my toes to look like my 6 yr old niece did them. Generally the vibe is good. I am considering starting to look for a new nail spot.

Glad I did as he said haircut and bread shape would be $40 now that's not bad. The guy who did my haircut was super cool and talkative. I ended up paying the $40 with a $15 tip and highly satisfied. The prices are super reasonable too. You don't have to make appointments but you might want to call ahead mid week near closing time as it seems they close a bit early if things are too slow.
