The only reason I ever stopped coming here was because their hours didn't fit my schedule. Everyone here is so friendly and always remembers me when I walk in. Tina does a great job and is so sweet! I came back two days later because I had a small chip (totally my fault) and the manager, Kevin, let me know that next time I had a small issue I go directly to him so that I wouldn't have to wait. He fixed my nail in 5min at no charge. I think their prices are quite reasonable for the service they provide. First things first, my pedicure was excellent, they have a mani/pedi deal for $30, and they have a vast selection of colors. So why 2 stars? Well, I called ahead earlier in the day to ask if they were busy and put my name down for my sister and I to get a mani/pedi between 5:30 and 6. We got there at 5:40 and let them know that I had called ahead. No one seemed to know what I was talking about though. It wasn't a big deal because we were looking for our nail polish colors anyway. They got the water to soak our feet in ready pretty quickly. My sister and I were directed to our respective chairs where we had our feet soaking for more than an hour. An hour! I mean I understand that you want your client's to have soft feet and cuticles, but having them soak for an hour is just ridiculous. But my actual pedicure (once it was done) was done pretty well. My manicure, I'm pretty disappointed about. First of all, I got nicked when the nail tech was cleaning my cuticles (ouch!) and then by the time I left, I noticed the dreaded air bubbles in my nail polish! Terrible service! Came in for a no-chip mani and pedi I was kind of short and time and let them know as soon as I arrived. I signed in and was taken in within minutes however mid through my pedi the technician walks away and is nowhere to be seen. I patiently waited then asked another technician where she was and said she had to go wax someone's eyebrows, I asked her if someone else was gonna finish my pedi because I was limited in time, I was told she'll be back in 5 minutes which is unacceptable. When she return she apologized however was constantly distracted and did a horrible job. She took 45 mins to do my very basic pedicure didn't even have time for the manicure. First of all, the wait is way too long. I shouldn't have to wait 2 hours to get my nails done WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I got my nails done here, my sister walked in as well but stepped out and the lady said she couldn't get her nails done because she didn't wait inside, even though I did stay inside. The E'nails pedicure doesn't include that. In fact, it's very average so I think $20 would be a more appropriate price. Polish Selection: 10/10 They have a FANTASTIC selection of nail polish. It's the main reason I come back. There are hundreds of traditional polishes and just as many no chip/shellac options. What really puts the icing on the cake are the Daisy Duos and Perfect Match no chip/regular polish combos. So if you want no chip on your nails and regular polish on your toes, you don't have to look for colors that you think match. You'll get the exact same color with ease. Customer Service: 6.5/10 This is a hit or miss. Sometimes I get great customer service! Other times, I deal with really bad attitudes. I've also seen workers loudly arguing with customers on numerous occasions. The wait time is also ridiculous!! If you can get there before they open, do it! It will save you at least an hour of your time. They definitely need to hire more nail technician. Quality: 9/10 For the most part, I always love my nails. I walked in and first thing I noticed is that it is very clean and there was tons of nail color options from great brands such as OPI, China Glaze and Essie. You'll definately find a color here. I did not wait at all. My friend suggested I ask for Mindi, but she was busy so I had Rose. Rose was awesome! She gave me the best pedi massage I can last remember. Convenient to where I live, it's literally walking distance. Went on a Saturday evening and the shop was not packed but there were people in front of me. I signed in and my wait time was 10 minutes or less. The shop was clean and looked nice. They have to buzz you in which makes you feel a little safe. The shops daughter (I believe) she was a younger girl with purplish hair did my nails. She did a really get job and I was impressed. I got an acrylic fill in and the shop that did my nails at first did a terrible job. The young lady had no problem filling me in, correcting another nail technicians work, and working her magic. I have been coming to Mindy for as long as I can remember and honestly the quality has been decreasing for a while. I never write reviews but honestly it's so disappointing spending hard earned money on a mani/pedi that doesn't even last. My latest no chip didn't even last me a full 2 days before it started chipping. Upon chipping, I realized my nails didn't even cure long enough and were still "wet" underneath. The prices have recently gone up but the quality has gone in the opposite direction. Store hours suggest that they open at 9:30 but don't worry if you're running late because no one gets there until 10 or after. There have been countless times where we clients would form a line outside waiting to be let in because again they were late to open. My sister and I dropped someone off at Midway and searched for a nail shop close by. I chose this shop because it had 4 stars and was enroute to the Stevenson expressway. The service was outstanding and they have several colors to choose from. Lisa did my pedicure and my feet felt fabulous afterwards. Lana did my fill-in and my nails look very natural. She even found a gel polish that was super close to the color on my toes. Mindy did my eyebrows and wow, she showed me how to outline and fill them in. This is the best my eyebrows have ever looked after an arch. I definitely recommend them and look forward to visiting again. read more

Not my favorite. The owner talks so much she gave me a headache. She is careless, she is too worried about what everyone one is doing to pay attention to who she is working on. She is speaking to the air, no one is answering I have no idea who she was talking to. But, darn it shut it! My nails hurt so much all night from her being so rough. I wish I can have negative stars. Mindy has TONS of clients in and out of her door. What bothered me the most was the fact that she HERSELF told me to be there before 9:30 am so I can leave on time, my best friend and I were sitting out there before 9:30 am for us to have bad service. We did not leave until after 11:30 am almost NOON! And to top if off we leave UNHAPPY. She makes us sign a list- BUT YET SHE DOES NOT FOLLOW IT. My nails over all were not what I was looking. I showed her exactly what I wanted. But NO she did whatever she wanted to do. I dislike not having what I want and STILL I PAID FOR IT. and its not cheap. non-the less the nail polish on my nails is already chipping away and its only been 2 days in since Saturday is when I got them done. The place drags so much and I'm not lying when I say it's entirely unnecessary. We have been waiting in a row of empty seats and no one has even acknowledge us. It's just eyebrows! I'm sure they have all the neccesary certificates they must have to operate their business ( though I might just search them online to see if the staff are even certified). But with seeing such laziness practiced in the nail salon, it's clear to anyone who comes in that they are steps away from wasting money there!
