I tried to get into this lovely place for several months and was so thrilled when I was able to schedule an appointment. This was such a wonderful experience and I will be a frequent customer. I got the piña colada spa pedicure and a dip manicure. The techs were so sweet and did a fantastic job on my mom's and my nails. They were very thorough and made sure everything was perfect. The establishment was very neat and clean and the theme is so adorable. A well deserved 5 stars!

I'm so saddened to give them 2 stars because I really wanted to like them. However, I feel like I must to let others now before they decide to come to this place. Let me start by saying that customer service is great and the place is cute. They were able to accommodate a last minute full set (which is why I'm giving 2 stars). However, the girl that did my nails did not appear to have a clue to what she was doing. She kept dropping things, cut me with the machine(nothing serious, so I let it go), gave me the worst shaping of nails I have ever gotten, took very long, put way toooo much of the gel stuff so my nails look extremely thick and fake, and left glue all over my fingers. Somehow she left gaps in between the nail and the tip so it welcomes much more food than usual to get stuck there (I just got them done yesterday). Very disappointing. I will have to wait a week and pay over $50 to get them fixed. I will never be coming back.

I came here for my 11am pedicure appointment with Mara, who is a sweetheart. The place is so pink and cute, its so freaking adorable. My feet have never felt so soft. I will definitely be back. Ample parking, lot and side street. read more

Ambiance is key, and Barbie Nails offer this and more. Last year I wanted a nice experience for my wedding pedicure and treated myself to a deluxe pedicure (Hershey's chocolate and a white chocolate scrub). The owner is so kind and did an excellent job. I returned for my nails after being so satisfied and I was not let down. I also forgot to mention, each time was last minute appointments and they were still as accommodating as they could be! read more

I got my nails done here and I'm super happy! They were really nice and my artist, Mara (I hope I remembered her name right) was amazing. She was skillful, knowledgeable and informative. Even though I didn't get anything too crazy, I feel confident coming back when I want to do something more fun. I should also point out how cute the shop is inside. They take pride in their business and it shows. They offer a bunch of cool services that I want to come back and try. Just give them a shot if you're on the fence! read more

Tried calling and even walked up to this salon after reading reviews. When I got there, it wasn't even open. Maybe I didn't look hard enough but nowhere on the internet does it say they are appointment only. But the door says they're open at 10 am and I got there after 11 and they were closed all together. read more

I seriously love this salon! I found my new salon! They are appointment only which I love because you don't get the over crowded salon super intimate. The staff is super friendly. They are clean which I appreciate as would many. I recommend the CBD PEDICURE ! It was so relaxing! Love this hidden gem! read more

They did a good job on my nails. The place is not designed for older people or those with disabilities. You have to take two steps up on a platform to sit down for a pedicure and the nail chair is a pub height chair. Also, when you have no one else in the salon, could you finish my nails before cleaning the pedicure bowl or maybe have the receptionist clean the bowl to free up the nail tech? For the love of God, put the air con on so your customers don't drip with sweat!! For these reasons, I won't be back. read more

I had gone two times ! The first time it was nice ! I loved it but then when i had to get my nails done she started complaining about how she was late and how she forgot her tools so she was borrowing her other employees tools for nails... And she was just rushed.. the second time I really just needed someone to do my pedi and nails again just because I was like maybe it was just a bad day for her .. so when I got sat down everyone else had started their pedi and the same lady that did my nails was doing a full set so I sat there and waited while my sister in law and her daughter were getting their pedi.. okay when she was done she took me and did everything so fast since she was running out of time .. I had sandals that day .. first of all she didint even put the hot towel when you get the pedi neither did she give me the slippers that go after the pedi so all my sandals were full of oil ... so they were super slippery . When I got my nails done she asked me what I wanted done and we'll ofcourse she told me that when I called to book a appointment I had to tell them to give her 30 extra min for a design . She never told me this the first time I went . So I never asked .. she was in a hurry and I told her just leave the acrylic nude and just put gloss and that's it . She did some dots on my nails of the same color as my feet and I told her I was fine with the plain. So I left with something I didint want and got charged $105 .. never going again! read more

All while doing my pedi she checked in to see if I was ok and if I like the nails. She took her time which I appreciated. As soon as I was done with my pedi I was whisked over to the manicure seat to get my French manicure. To my surprise Tina the owner was the manicurist! I knew immediately that she was the owner because she had on a name tag, which I love ! This is another special touch that Tina and Dong provide that sets them apart from the other local nail shops. I truly appreciate knowing the person who's completing the services for me! Tina was so humble, down to earth and kind ! I asked her if she was the owner and she shyly said yes, how did you know? The branding : name tags, tshirts and aprons the employees and owners wear really brings in the brand of TD's nail salon. Conversation with Tina was so nice and it was as if we were old friends and I had just met her for the first time today. Tina quickly and thoroughly completed my manicure to perfection! All while giving me advice on a new liquid nail service her salon provides that will not only help my natural nail but will ensure that the nail that I get next time will not be as thick ( I had gotten my nails done at another shop not to be mentioned and the powder that was put on was very thick), even with this issue, Tina was able to seamlessly fill in my nail as if she had completed the nail manicure originally! I came in to TD's Nail Salon today as a treat for Mothers Day weekend from my husband and kids and I found this place one because they were open early on Saturday 9:30 which was earlier than any other nail shop in the area, and two because of the great reviews I read on Yelp! I will be coming back and telling everyone I know about this gem of a place because of the excellent customer service, the superior quality of work and the economical pricing they provide as well as the serene atmosphere they provide in their building. I went in for a filling (not even a full set -- that was done just two weeks ago), and somehow I walked out with nails that looked worse than before. The finish was sloppy, and definitely not worth the money. What made it even worse was the fact that they wanted to charge me an additional $7 just to clean up the cuticles -- something that should be included in any decent nail service. It's unbelievable that a salon would rather nickel and dime someone than take pride in doing a clean, professional job. You can literally see in the photos and videos I took -- the timestamp shows that it hadn't even been an hour since the service, and my nails already looked horrible. It's just unacceptable. This isn't the first time I've had an issue like this at Nail Bliss, but it will be the last. I gave them another chance, and they failed again. I do not recommend this salon to anyone who expects quality, care, or even basic professionalism.
