The third tree was a super tall eucalyptus tree planted right at the corner of a block fence wall that was shared with our neighbor, and its roots were the reason the fence walls work cracking and falling apart. Quan was so quick to respond and we were able to get an appointment the next day for him to look at our property while we were out of town and get an estimate for everything. We got quotes from three other companies, and Juan's quote was the most reasonable imo. We were going to be out of town on the day the work was going to be scheduled, but Juan kept in touch consistently and us making payment for the job being done was also handled very professionally. Throughout the day Juan was sending me texts and pictures of what was being done and what their next steps were going to be. I would definitely recommend him to anybody and we will be using him again for any projects that come up next!

David responded to my urgent need to address a leak in my irrigation system where the poly tubing had ruptured underneath my driveway as well as a faulty joint in the main irrigation valve coupler. David arrived and proceeded to walk me through my system, discussed the age, pros/cons and we discussed the options to resolve. The age of the system was 20-years and In the end, agreed to rebuild the entire system at a very reasonable price. David knocked the work out in less than 3-4 hours. I never knew the layout of my old system, second owner and drip line tubing and emitters were buried. They were able to squeeze me in the same week I reached out which was so great since I was up against a travel deadline. They came in and took out a big tree in the back of the house and cut and shaped a very large tree in the front of our house then hauled everything away and did a final cleanup with their blower. His team including Glenda and Daniel were so friendly and we worked together to make sure everything met our expectations. Stellar job and stellar team! They have actual arborists on staff that can provide a lot of information as well. Every estimate we've had with them has been very insightful and we never felt rushed or like they were upselling us. We had one issue with our first tree replacement that died pretty quickly after they planted it. But that was really because I wanted a particular tree that didn't bode well in full sun. Affordable tree service then suggested a better tree for the area and that we wait until after the summer months to plant it so that it had a better chance to survive. They then made the replacement with no cost to us. I would highly recommend using Affordable Tree Service for any tree or bush replacements you need done.
