I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I hired this landscaping company to do what should have been a simple job -- trim and clean up the yard, touch up a large pine, and give a attention to a medium sized palm. What I got instead was one of the worst landscaping experiences I've ever had. First off, they completely destroyed my palm tree. It looks like it was hacked apart by someone who had no idea what they were doing. Instead of a clean, natural trim, the fronds were chopped unevenly and too close to the crown -- which can actually kill a palm if you know anything about tree care. It's heartbreaking because that palm had been growing beautifully for years. The large pine tree wasn't handled any better. They left it looking lopsided and thin in spots, as if they just cut random branches without any plan. It's now an eyesore from every angle. I had asked them specifically to shape it neatly and balance the canopy -- they either didn't listen or didn't care. To top it off, the yard cleanup was a joke. They left piles of debris behind, didn't blow off the patio properly, and managed to scatter small branches across the driveway. I had to go back out there myself just to make the place look halfway decent. For the amount they charged, the level of effort was embarrassingly low. I tried reaching out to discuss my concerns, but their attitude was dismissive. No accountability, no apology, just excuses. It's clear they're not interested in customer satisfaction or taking pride in their work. If you value your trees and your property, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of professional landscapers in town who actually know what they're doing -- this company is not one of them. I regret ever hiring them, and I'll be spending even more money now to have a real arborist come fix what they ruined. read more

I wanted to have some plants removed and others replaced. David came by to provide an estimate. David provided some suggestions for the update on the landscaping of my front and back yards. I agreed to have the work done and a couple days later David and crew arrived to complete the project. They did a great job with the update to the landscaping plants and clearing debris. They tested and verified the irrigation system was working correctly with no leaks. The cost to have the work done was extremely reasonable. I recommend Natures Personal Landscaping and will definitely call him when my yard needs the quarterly trimming and clearing. read more

I put out a quote request on a Friday night for a front and back rock yard blowout, some oleander trimming and 2 palm frawns that needed to come down. I had an issue with an irrigation line leak reported to me by LVWD. I contacted David and he was able to swing by same day within a few hours. I wasn't able to be there but he took video and was regularly communicating with me what he discovered and what needed to be repaired. He did a thorough job and cleaned up and left the area spotless. David is friendly and easy to communicate with and understood my concern and eagerness to get this done asap before I would get a fine by the HOA or LVWD. I'm extremely happy with this company's work! The team was friendly, professional, and very responsive. They completely redid both sides of my yard--removing weeds and old rock, installing new barrier and fresh rock, fixing irrigation, replacing the controller, redoing the plants, and trimming the tree.
