I purchased five items and had to return with a truck to pick up one of then. Upon preparing my item for loading, we noticed a few issues in the top finish. I ask if they could order me a new one instead of accepting the one on the showroom floor. She said she would check on it or that she could offer me 20% off. I ask her to check on the new one and let me know. No one called me back, so I called them back a few days later and they told me they cannot order a new one. So I went today take a closer look. Two different clerks were working and told me they would only take 10% not the 20% the other clerk offered to me. So I ask for a refund. One of the clerks issued my refund and did say, "I'm, sorry" and she wished me luck in finding something else. The other clerk stood at the counter and said clearly under her breath, "there is nothing to be sorry about." Well.... I sorry for your loss and any future sales to me, I liked your merchandise. But refuse to be treated rudely. It's such a nice store to have such an unpleasant clerk and so unprofessional of her.

I had to sand and refinish a dining table at my own expense. They improperly installed antique heart pine floors and now the glue in between is coming off in chunks. There are big gaps between the floor boards. They said this is not a warrantable repair. They have treated me terribly and I discourage anyone from using them.
