Needed a pair in a hurry. I had to help myself into an open fitting room. Several staffers were busy stocking the shelves. Not one person asked me anything during my visit, except while checking out. ON aren't the best quality jeans. These jeans wrinkle up and ride up your leg unless they are super tight on you. They aren't stretchy material it seems. At least I found a pair that was on clearance. What a deal, just over $19 after taxes. Can't beat that price for a quick in a pinch purchase. They will have to do.

The manager(older black woman with braces and a long braid) has poor management and customer…read moreservice skills. She stated a sales clerk doesn't have to tell a customer what's final sale as it's only a courtesy. I was at checkout and just completed a sale when I heard the other clerk tell another customer her item was final sale which prompted me to ask the sales clerk (curly hair white lady with a strawberry tattoo) who rang me up were any of my items also final sale. The manager was standing at the next register Hanging clothes in ear shot. When the clerk told me yes one item was, I asked to speak to the manager. The clerk stepped over to the manager telling her she had forgotten to tell me about final sale. The manager told me it's not the clerks responsibility to tell me if an item was final sale or not. I then said ok, then I will return everything that wasn't final sale. As the clerk was returning the items the manager said oh we can return the final sale item as well and then told the clerk to "just override it" so if it wasn't an issue to return and I'm supposed to know which items are marked final sale and which are not, why wouldn't she behave like a manager and say ma'am I can return it as we didn't let you know or you can try it on, up to you. The games of a woman of her age and her being a manager was disappointing. Hope she grows up. What a waste of a sale. Won't be back.

Well, anyways, I have shopped here before for random pieces but this time I was in the market for jeans. Their selection for people who love skinny jeans is just amazing. They have so many different shades, ripped, high waisted, boyfriend, etc. Most of all I love how the fabric and elasticity work to create the perfect "skinny jean" look that I was looking for. Since then I have bought 5 pairs. I get lots of compliments while wearing their jeans. And boy, do I love that! The store is well organized and easy to shop. The staff is friendly, they give you space and the only time things get a bit overwhelming is at the checkout when they ask you for a million pieces of personal information just to buy something. I know this is something corporate asks for so I don't give anyone a hard time, and so far I'm waiting to see if being part of the Rewards Club will be beneficial. So long story short, if you are looking for high waisted skinny jeans that will be super flattering, try this brand. I also recommend this location since they are so organized and the store is so clean.

Value was found in the clearance section and the regular prices were affordable. Staff was present straightening up and stocking shelves. The checkout process was smooth during the holiday and the wait was not long even though plenty of customers were checking out. Everyone was pleasant when I shopped and still the same service when I returned to the store with a return. The return window is fairly decent with an extension given for the holiday. Loyalty membership allowed for a 2 week extension on returns. Parking is plentiful in the shopping plaza and they have accessible parking right in front of the store. They are still hiring right now. I'd visit this location again.

The lady was so passive aggressive with me, I wouldn't spend a dime in there. I simply asked for a bra fitting and she asked if I would be looking to purchase a bra? I said well first I'd like to get fitted and see what options you have which honestly didn't look like much. She snarkyingly said well we have more inventory in the back, what kind of bra are you looking for? I mentioned the style and then asked what the price range was and when she said $70, I knew I had come to the wrong place. I don't think they realize the economy we're in and how customer service goes a long way. A true salesperson would never approach the sale the way she did. The nice nasty attitude needs to go! This isn't the type of service people expect to have when they come into a small shop like this, do better. Well luckily, I don't mind the drive and went to Nordstrom and caught a great sale on the bras that they would have charged full price for and the lady happily measured me and I purchased 4 bras for only $128! I love when people have great customer service, I will spend money when you're nice!

Kelly was every the professional, adjusting this and that to help me find the perfect fit. The bra was a little on the pricy side but it fits like a dream. The most comfortable, flattering under garment I have ever owned. Shop local! Go in and give the ladies a chance. They have some inventory on hand but will order anything they can for you. As I left, I was thanked by everyone, I felt like they were very sincere in their appreciate for my patronage.

I had the opportunity to visit it during the grand opening weekend. There were sales associates everywhere offering Kohl's charges and 20%. The racks were neatly arranged and it was so much fun to shop there. Fast forward to know, and this Kohl's is still well-stocked and a blast to shop at. Like all Kohl's stores, they offer fast and easy returns. I usually don't have a problem finding my size and the selection is great.
