When I walked in I was asked if I needed to use the restroom and then someone had walked into the restroom so I was told to sit down in the front. In the package it says to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy mimosas and sweet treats. I did not get taken back to the relaxation room until I stood up and said something. They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I called the spa 3 times and the first time I called I was told I would probably just get a refund and that I would be getting a call back. Every other time I called I was given the runaround and told I would be getting a call back. Finally this morning I called and spoke with the owner. The owner was not nice at all and told me because I left a review she will not be giving me any type of compensation. She literally said that because I left a review for the public to see she will not be helping me. I didn't know that I wasn't entitled to leave a review of my experience and because I did I will not be helped. Absolute insanity. Worst customer service and WORST "spa" I've ever been to. She straightened my hair but when it was time to cut, i was asked to stand for the hair cut... which iv never been asked to do before. Another older women was getting her hair done and she even asked why i was standing? the owner walked by and said because i have long hair ( it was middle of my back.) Day after the cut ic after i straighten it, its uneven. Yup i wont be back... so done and $30 for the cut... nope. Not worth the money. My stylist wasn't talkative and she would ask me questions for small chit chat but it would end when i answered the question. Blah. Older post: They do a great job at taking appointments and checking to see if your still coming. However the last 2 times i got my hair done i left with neck pain that lasted for weeks. They pull my hair too rough while in the sink. I dont think i will be back because they are too rough.

When I made a follow-up appointment to come back, I asked her if perhaps I should make the appointment with the other stylist and she said no she could handle it. As she started to cut my hair, I asked again, if perhaps her the other stylist shouldn't be consulted. She said no she could handle it. The results: I am either going to have to wear scarfs/hats or get a wig. She said she only cut a half and inch, but my hair has no style. I have never had such a bad haircut in my entire life. She should not be allowed to cut and style hair. How she ever got licensed is beyond my comprehension.
