That being said, I feel like I can be pretty objective about what's good and bad about this place. I don't think this is breaking news, but Walgreens is a place that charges you more than others because of the convenience it provides. That's just the way it goes. This particular Walgreens has a pharmacy that seems to always somehow have customers with difficult orders. I am rarely pleased with the speed of service at the pharmacy. I highly recommend going at off times if you want to avoid long waits. On the good side, there are a lot of friendly employees, including one who seems to be there during every single open hour. And there is also a good chance you will see my friend Todd there, because he is always there too. And here's my dirty secret: This place is so close to my house that I'll still go no matter what. They have me over a barrel.

Get all your prescriptions and lab work done together in one spot! Perfect! This is a large Walgreens, but it seems older. But here in Southern Indiana everything is at least a hundred years old. Plus weather worn. The staff here were highly trained and skilled about the pharmacy process. The lab corp is a separate process . This particular process that involves the lab was conducted in the best way possible. The store sells all your basic equipment and supplies for cold and flu. They have a small selection of various products depending on your needs. You could for example, skip the store and just buy here in a pinch. Have all your needs met in one place. Lab work, pharmacy, cat food, donuts, and cereal. Just add milk for making it an even better experience.

I don't know what it is with this company, but previous Walgreens have brought me so much stress. When you find a good one, and you will, stick with them even thru random mistakes. It'll be worth it in the long run. Finding a decent pharmacy today is like winning the lottery. And I whole heartedly mean that. I could write pages and pages of rotten experiences from this company. When I finally caught COVID in 2023 I was able to make an appointment and be seen within 45 minutes of finding they existed in this Walgreens. I use the Walgreens on 10th & Spring only because it's next to my Doctor and can usually just walk out of my doctors appointment over to Walgreens and then I have everything I need and go home.
