The staff has been very nice every time I've gone in. The store is clean and in order.

Just about the same as any Vons or Ralphs I used to go to when I lived in LA. Big selection of just about any of the basics you'd need. This store probably has a larger hispanic section than most. I also like that they have those Greek dolmas. They're not the best I've ever had, but just the fact that they have them makes me happy. The service is fine. I mean, they don't jump over themselves to help you, but there's plenty of workers already to answer a question if you need it. The store is fairly clean and the food is generally fresh-ish. I use to love coming to the deli/bakery now the customer service is horrible! I stopped in to get a last minute cake, there were three bakery employees standing right in front of me and none acknowledged me. I tried to be courteous and wait because maybe they were just concentrating on their decorating but after 10 minutes I finally asked if I could get some help. All three paused looked at each other and finally one asked what I wanted. Lesson learned! I would rather drive to Hanford. read more

If I am going to buy groceries in a store and pay with my hard earned cash, I want it to be clean and the staff to be pleasant.

Super pricey, produce is average, the guys that work there are SUPER creepy!!! The staff is often inappropriate and rude.

This review is for the Bakery only. I live in the Bay Area, formerly from the Valley, I have used this Deli/Bakery on a few occasions when returning for family functions and have always been pleased with my purchases. Even though the Hanford store would be more convenient, I usually stop here on the way into town. I ordered a small cake to be picked up on August 13th. Just a basic small round cake with decoration. Marble cake, with buttercream filling, buttercream frosting, with Orange and Black decorations...I was asked if I wanted flowers or curling ribbon..I said no to both. When I arrived to pick up the cake about 11:00, I saw a girl working on frosting cakes so I stood at the first cold case so she could see me. There was one other guy who was busy working with a few customers at the deli side, so I waited....and waited. Finally I said.."Can you get someone to help me?" Her answer.."Oh, you need help, I can help you." Really?? Did you just think I wanted to gaze at the cakes and pies all morning? I was standing 10 feet in front of her and was completely ignored. So, the cake was brought over and looking at it...covered with paper ribbon. Ugh. I don't like non-edibles on cake, thats why I said no when asked. When it came time to eat the cake we all had a good laugh. As I went to slice and serve... the top cake just slid off the bottom....NO FILLING! SaveMart you get thumbs down on this visit. One thing positive...when I moved to the Cash Register to wait for Miss Slacker to bring my cake the young man working at the deli...rushed over as soon as he was done with his customer to find out if he could help me. You're late night crew is amazing the cashiers are on point and work well with the baggers. I am in almost nightly the most recent being Tuesday. The 2 female baggers that night are the most personable and with their working along side the cashiers made it a pleasure to coming in. Smiles and courtesy all around. Store is clean and near my home. Meat and produce prices are higher than area stores. I would like to see Butterball and Sara Lee lunchmeat brought back, it was discontinued and now I have to drive to Walmart in Hanford for choice lunchmeats. The one and only brand they offer now is not as good or texture is kind of mushy for the turkey compared to better brands. Lemoore store fruit has a lot of mold in packages not sure if due to not enough refrigeration but Hanford store does not have this problem, again a lot longer of a ride but worth it. Fresh fish is exposed to air as they do not pack ice on top as fish markets do. Have bought some that I had to throw away. read more

I love shopping for food here at Save Mart. When you walk in the workers are always helpful and nice. The store is always organized neatly and most important the store is always clean. I always find what Im looking for here but some items are over priced and can be found cheaper else where. But over all I love going to Save Mart when it comes down to buying fresh flowers to buying food for dinner. Also there flowers are always fresh, best flowers! read more

Save Mart Is An Awesome grocery store.......Its clean, organized, cool people, and a good neighborhood store.

You can expect to spend AT LEAST 10% more of your hard earned money at SaveMart. I've noticed some random items, i.e. tea bags, cereal, apples, etc., which were double the price of WalMart. SaveMart used to have a courteous and friendly staff years ago which helped alleviate the higher prices. Then non-unionized Fresh & Easy opened down the street. Those same 'courteous and friendly' SaveMart employees became obnoxious and pushy union picketers at Fresh & Easy. The ugly side of many of the SaveMart employees surfaced and there was a noticeable attitude change. Although I preferred Fresh & Easy (reasonable prices, super nice employees, clean and orderly store) unfortunately their grocery selection was limited due to being a subcompact store which, IMO, caused their demise. Many of the SaveMart oldtimers have since retired or transferred and a new crop of employees has emerged. The downright rudeness of several Lemoore SaveMart cashiers makes shopping there unpleasant at the checkout. I find it unbelievable how often the cashier doesn't greet or look up and you can forget about the obligatory thank you. I have since discovered Cost Less Foods Co on 11th in Hanford; what a stark difference in courtesy! It's like stepping back in SaveMart time when the employees used to appreciate their customers. read more

THANK YOU MISTY at the Lemoore Store for being so RUDE! I'm sorry you were having a F'n Bad day! I am a 21 years Navy Vet who has shopped there since that store opened! AND and I work for a major company making more then you will ever make in a full career at Save Mart! I am sorry I had to switch banks because my other bank was screwed up! And I'm sorry that you don't accept Temporary checks from Navy Federal Credit Union! AND That I should, somehow of known YOUR policy of not accepting such checks! I AM A CUSTOMER and NOT SOMEONE WHO WAS TRYING TO SCREW YOUR STORE OVER! It was for $35.00 of stuff!! Thanks For embarrassing me and making me feel like SH#T!!! MISTY .... Get over your anger issues and go back and re-train on Customer service ... You are very lucky I did not say what I wanted to say to you!!!, due to a thing called Respect for other around!! listn to this i went in around 6pm to 9pm a few days ago shoping looking around the store and hoping to buy some food from the deli. the guy working there saw me standing there and did not ask me one time if i needed help or how he may be of service. so i walked away looking at some baked goods im a big guy with a sweet tooth unable to deside weather i would buys sugary goods or fruits i walked around the store and not one employee or manager asked me if i needed help or can i help you find anything. what i did get told after 3 hours of looking around was by a woman manager. "ARE YOU GOING TO BUY ANYTHING" i responded with excuse me an she said a second time "ARE YOU GOING TO BUY ANYTHING" after that i responded with im still looking she then said huh and walked away. if this store has a time limit on how long a person can shop in a store for it should be made known and also how long a person can spend in each section of the store. i did buy a few items but i was ofended by the service of the employees and manager. the woman manager admited she had seen me for hours. yet she did not seek to help me or send someone to see how i may be helped. read more
