There were lots of "Free People" clothing items here, and artisan jewelry pieces. I bought a cute pair of jeans from them because revolve was sold out. They sent me used or worn jeans because the tag that is sewn in was missing and the white strings were hanging out. I started messaging them. NO one responds. I call the shop and leave voicemails nothing. One lady says I can return them and ship back. But I shouldn't have to pay shipping when I'd keep these pants had they not been worn, stretched out etc... I would have probably not made a fuss had customer service even tried to rectify the situation. But not calling me back. And not emailing me back a label. I will NEVER buy from here. This is just about the only place I buy shoes and always make a stop here when I'm in town to see if they have anything I can't live without. Most recently I visited to buy a new pilot's bag. The crew was friendly and efficient. It was easy to find what I needed and the store was clean and organized. I wouldn't have suggested it on my own, but figured I'd indulge him by taking a gander. He found a Blazers beanie he liked. Perfect Christmas present for his step-dad. Dude loves it when we buy him stuff related to his favorite sports teams. So, we were excited, as we needed presents for his family, and we're kind of drawing a blank past his nephew. We went up to the counter, and we're proceeding to check out when the cashier (I don't know his name because his name tag was turned around backwards) told us this particular beanie may qualify for their buy one get one free sale. Sweet! He rang it up to make sure, and it did. So of course, I ask for more info. He lists off everything that qualifies. I was looking at Volcom hats, but those were a different sale. I didn't read the sign, just saw it looked the same from across the store. This guy was super patient with my retarded questions, even though the sign was right in front of me. If I were him, I'd be wondering if I knew how to read. Lol. But he showed no outward signs of thinking I was an idiot. My husband wanted to get a UofO beanie for his nephew since we were getting one for free, so I had the cashier taking some down off a really tall display. I was having my husband try them on, as some were longer than others and fit badly, so it helped to have someone trying them on. Again, super patient in helping us find the perfect items to buy. On the outside, this store doesn't appear to be anything special. In the beginning no one went out of their way to help us. Which was actually ok, as we didn't need it and my husband and I were debating amongst ourselves, which I despise when people interrupt. But when we proceeded to check out, that's where the real customer service happened. Our cashier wasn't Chatty Kathy or anything, but he did a great job getting us what we needed. I was definitely impressed, and would return to the store. I left the store having a much different impression than I had walked in with!

Even though they ruined the hats we brought in. So now I'm out the money I payed for the blank hats and have been lied to about getting payed back. Terrible store. I hate when managers lie and then tell us they will call us back, to get it taken care of. No call, no return. And can't even make a logo right.
