It is a bit more expensive than your standard antique store but some stuff also seems higher quality than you'll usually see too. The person working the counter welcomed us in and then let us do our own thing without bothering us which I appreciated. There's no public bathroom and limited parking. This is a fun little place to go through when you're looking to burn 15 minutes or so. It's worth a stop!

I felt as though I was just someone there to supply Joe with a paycheck. Everything was very rushed the entire time like it was an inconvenience that I was even there in the first place. On top of that there was a miscommunication with how my automatic payments were handled and somehow after filling out the paperwork for that, it was never submitted to the bank so 2 months later I had late gees and owed $800. Over the past couple of months I've been looking at a hand painted wooden sign in this mall, clearly marked $45. Twice I just didn't have room for it, but yesterday, Nov. 15, I got off the freeway for the express purpose of buying the sign. Brought it up to the counter and told the guy working to write it up while I went thru their sister mall across the street. He looks at me and says "This is not $45". I say "excuse me"?. Again, "That's not the price, it's $125". I ask "Where is it marked $125"? No answer. I say "It's clearly marked $45". He says it's $125. I ask to see where it's tagged $125. He says "It's mine, and it's not $45, it's $125. So I go across the street to find Roxanne (the owner) and make a complaint. I know her casually. Not there, but the man behind the counter says "She's not here today, but her HUSBAND is working across the street". Apparently her husband is the the guy I just had the problem with! In 44 years as a full time dealer I have NEVER had a situation like this in a shop. Obviously there was no point in staying so I drive back to the freeway shaking my head. So, she burned the entire sale over an $8 baby blanket. I would have gladly paid $15 for it and doubled the true owner's offer, however, the big woman is hoarding these items like she hoards her little Debbie snacks. Don't bother going in. You will find cool stuff for double it's worth. Don't bother consignment because this dragon will sit on your hoard like it's worth more to keep someone's stuff they are trying to sell, than to ya know... sell their stuff. I was considering consigning my grandmother's quilt collection she amassed while being a curator for the San Jose quilt museum, but obviously she will not get that consignment to blow with her poor customer service and terrible attitude. After ordering the glass and just before the rep took CC payment, the rep said it is expected to be delivered the following week. I asked for a 2 hr advance notice on delivery day. She said the Freight Delivery company charges $30 to call 2 hrs prior to delivery and they to charge that to me. Then she asked if it was going to a residence and if so, the Freight Delivery company charges $85 so it needed to be added to the invoice. had to charge $85 more (my house is easy access to a major road so no limited access situation). I got a call from the delivery company last Friday giving me a 4 hr Monday delivery timeslot. I confirmed I would get a call 2 hours prior to delivery to ensure I would be home. They said they do not do that. I explained I was charged $30 for that and then spoke with the manager who also said they do not call 2 hrs ahead of delivery and they have never charged for calling a customer to provide the delivery date and 4-hr time slot. The manager confirmed that with the billing dept also. I also then asked about the Residential Delivery fee charge of $85 and the manager said they do not and never have charged a Residential Delivery fee. The are nickel and dime add on customer charges that the actual delivery company does not charged yet I was specifically told by the RV Glass Solutions rep Carrie that the delivery company does charge. I received the delivery today. I did not get a telephone call 2 hrs in advance of delivery (which I was charged for). I called RV Glass Solution delivery company and spoke with the company manager Mike who was rude and uncaring and just said, "you agreed to the charge so you are now responsible for paying it". OTHERS SHOULD BE WARNED. I believe it is illegal to do this.

When we sold that coach, it was better than when we originally purchased it. The Marathon Service department made maintaining our coach easy. The coach was kept working extremely well. And they were timely. We got service when we needed service. On the road with a problem? They will overnight the parts you need. Or help find a service shop near you. The person buying our 20 year old coach got a bargain. It worked perfectly when we sold it. And it still looked like new (They do paint touch ups also.)
