One day, I found some motivation, and as soon as I had one exchange with Jan, I knew she was going to take care of my grandmother's chair with the care it deserved. She made finding fabric a breeze, and once I was on the schedule, it felt so quick. My understanding is that this business used to be much bigger and has since downsized as the owners work to semi-retire.
