It was overall an ok shop. Nothing out of the ordinary when I shop at this location- maybe - couple years ago I found some Victoria's Secret leggings for a good deal ! This savers has been acting really stupid have been closing doors blocking off the exit and workers are extremely rude now more than ever and when you ask a worker for help, they just ignore you and walk away. I do not recommend the store at all like I used to. read more

I love going to thrift stores and I enjoy the hunt, however this location does not have much to offer. The book selection was lackluster and the women's blouses were not organized at all. The store is also quite dirty and the line queue for the self checkout is nonexistent, so the lines for the normal checkout and self checkout merge together and results in a confusing mess. I will say, I did find success in the dress section where I was able to find two super cute almost brand new dresses! I would also like to recommend that you sign up for a Saver's account! Just like the other comments mentioned, there is quite an up charge on all merchandise at this location, but luckily with a Saver's account you get to save more! What would've been a $30 purchase ended up being only $18 after the account savings! read more

I shop savers on a regular basis, and every single time I walk in there your for self-checkout registers are never working. And when you ask what's wrong oh we don't have enough people or there's something wrong with the programming. You took out the dressing rooms which how do you know something fits if you can't try it on, then you got rid of your cashiers because you don't want less labor cost so you put self checkout registers in your stores they never seem to be working but you got plenty of employees standing around watching you. You're a thrift store 99% of your stuff is donated and you act like you got a bunch of thieves walking your stores read more

I was looking for a few items for my new home and decided to pop in. I have been to one in Nevada as well as the ones in California. This one seems to cater more to clothing. They did have a large selection of glassware and baskets. I was looking for a basket and found what I was looking for. Also found a couple of candy dishes ( not the particular one I wanted but still nice) the prices weren't too bad, some things were overpriced and I just walk away from those. The store itself I very clean. Furniture department didn't have a huge selection. I will have to come back another time to check out the clothes. Today I was just looking for a few items. The cashier was OK, don't know if it was an off day or what but she could've been a little more friendly. Overall good place to waste time and maybe find some interesting items. I thought over time the selection would improve, but hasn't. Prices seem to have gone up as well, and this place is now the "expensive" thrift store. Easily has the largest selection of clothes in the area and knick knacks as well. Toy/furniture selection is disastrous. Still clean and bright inside, and the employees are nice and helpful. read more

If you are looking for household items, make your way there if you are looking for something faily shabby. However if you want clothes, go elsewhere. I was looking for some clothes. I asked an associate where the fitting rooms where only to be told that they don't have any. Sizes vary so greatly it is almost impossible to tell if something will fit or not. So I asked about the return policy. I was told that things could be returned within 14 days. Then as I was leaving I glanced at the recipt which said NO RETURNS but exchanges within 14 days. Either the associate was woefully uninformed or just didn't care. Now I am the owner of clothes that don't fit. I don't want to make a special trip out of my way to get other clothes that I can't tell if they will fit. And what good will credit do me. If they had clothes that fit I would have already bought them. They are a for profit company and now I know how they get that profit. They assure that it is extremely unlikely that you get what you want and then you can not return it. Though the prices are less than retail, they are NOT cheap. So they get your money and then can never get it back. I know that I will never be going there again. read more

Corporate thrift store. Good amount of staff was friendly. Items were not organized well. Nothing too unique, just gently used clothing, decor, toys, etc. So-so selection. I'd never come on any day but Monday which is half off day. The prices would be ridiculous at full price! Large selection, not a quick browse. read more

The prices here are insane. It's thrifting, the idea is to find great lightly used items for a deal. If I can go to the store that the used clothing came from and buy that item brand new for half of what they cost used.. well, then that's a better idea. Most items I find are stained, badly pilled, faded. The crotch of some of the jeans are completely rubbed down to having holes! How does this stuff make it through? Especially with places like gabes, Marshall's, Ross I can get new jeans for under $20 that I'm actually allowed to try on, and find a nice sweater or shirt for $5-10.99. I can get a coat for $30-40 new, every coat i found today was wildly overpriced.I donate a lot of my good clothing to this place because it's close to my house, but to see how high everything is marked it's disappointing. I should find a women's shelter to hand them down to. I choose to thrift for things like jeans, and winter coats, but I could buy them new. I'm trying to keep in mind that a lot of people can't do that. Savers is a place where they're getting their kids clothing for school, and I think if they're not going on a Monday when everything is half off, then I'd head to somewhere a little cheaper that also sends out birthday/ end of season coupons like value world (the smell in there is so intense though) . $25 for used, crusty shoes is wild. Selling the makeup bags that come free with your $10 ipsy bag for $5.99-$10 is also crazy. It's not just here though, most thrift stores are way marked up now. read more

I don't understand where they get these high prices..it's so sad..this savers on Brookpark road used to be unique thrift on Fulton & Lorain. The prices were so awesome I actually raised a family of 5 thanks to them, but today's prices are just sad & overly priced severely making things unaffordable. I've visited Savers many times since they've reopened and I'm impressed with their updated precautions and practices related to COVID. This store was not bad when opened but over the course of time as always, it's pricing has skyrocketed. Example: a used old casserole with lid was priced out as two separate items, making the total cost $10.99. The whole point of donation center shopping is to help those who can't afford much, where has this gone wrong? And the manager running the place always says "we follow corporate pricing." Someone needs to let corporate know they losing customers because of this. Shop other stores and save your money. read more
