    Originally $8, priced at $10.49

Prices are stupid. They priced a shirt that they got FOR FREE, higher than the original price. I knew the prices were too much but seeing this really proved it. The original tag is still on the shirt!!

Their selection of clothing and how the store is organized still deserves a good 4-5 start rating, but their pricing structure is insane for a thrift store. The prices are through the roof. Old freaking Navy is treated as a designer label. Often, items on the rack are clearly damaged and that doesn't seem to be factored into the prices either. So look your items over carefully because they have no misgivings about selling mechanic's rags as clothing. I recently found a cool jacket that I was about to take to the register, but the seam down the back was completely split open. Another jacket I tried on had rips in several places on the interior lining. Savers is usually very slow on non-sale days, but a mad house on sale days. I think this speaks to how high their normal prices are when most people won't shop here unless it's a sale day. But I guess enough people take advantage of those sales that the business model works. They also love to play up the charity angle, but this is a for-profit company. They do buy some of their merchandise from charity organizations, but when you donate directly to them those sales line the pockets of rich dudes with yachts. Keep that in mind when choosing where to donate.

The prices at this savers are OUTRAGEOUS!!!! And the employees in the back sorting items throw things around, sending shattering and loud noises throughout the entire store. Not worth the trip and truly not worth the effort. A thrift shop should be just that, a thrift shop, not $9 for a worn out, torn up t-shirt. Most of what you'll find, you can find brand new for the same price. Don't bother.

They have really good deals for ski stuff!

Very organized, clean superstore! This place had pretty good quality stuff at a very reasonable price! I found really nice almost like new ski pants for only $10, and ski masks for $5! What a great find!

The pricing doesn't make sense. I can find some things close to the same price as new .

A little pricey for a thrift store, but their sales make it worth it! I have found some amazing pieces here, including a wedding dress :).

The clothes are on circular racks. Many of the clothes are sorted by color on the wall, which is a novel way of organizing. It's not a messy store and I appreciate that. The items are clean and I appreciate that. They have people who are working their way into permanent employment that work here on a temporary basis to gain experience. A few are here because it's the only place they can work. A wonderful way to serve those in need. You will find bargains here and most in good to really good shape. Come here first to shop. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Our coffee table was on its last legs at our vacation condo up in Utah, so we decided to check out…read moreseveral furniture stores. After searching several with no luck (and prices that were upwards of $1,200 for a coffee table!), we decided to pop into Furniture Row.    I was so impressed with the quality and prices of the furniture here! We found a really nice coffee table made of real wood (and super heavy construction) for $250! Granted, we took the floor model to save money, but it was a great deal for a beautiful piece of furniture.    Furniture Row isn't fancy, and it sells discount furniture that looks nice, is good quality, but won't break the bank. The store is organized like a typical furniture showroom, with different "rooms" displaying all the sofas, chairs, beds, and the like.    The furniture items were all clearly labeled and the price tags were easy to read. It was simple to see the price on everything in the store, which I appreciated.    I didn't like that we were completely ignored while browsing here. While I don't like to be bothered, it was next to impossible to find a salesperson to help us when we were ready to make our purchase. We had to go up to the main desk and wait. And wait. Aaaaand wait. Finally we found a guy to help us, but he wasn't all that helpful. I mean, all we wanted to do was swipe our credit card and load the table into the back of our car!    After we finally made our purchase, it was easy and fast. We got our table and were on our way.    Despite the service hiccups, I highly recommend Furniture Row. I've been nothing but happy with my table, and the price was more than right!

I would give a negative rating if that were an option…read more I purchased this desk from Furniture Row, and within just a few months of very light use, the finish began chipping badly. I contacted the store, and after several calls and months of follow-up, they finally sent out a consultant to inspect it. The consultant confirmed what I suspected--that the desk is made from low-quality soft wood and that the finish was poorly applied. While he said he could repair the dents and chips, he also made it clear this would continue to be an issue for the life of the desk. After waiting weeks for an update, I reached out again expecting a replacement under warranty for what is clearly a defective product. Instead, I was told they would only repair the defects and would not replace the desk. I called to explain that this was not ethical, but they simply repeated that they would come out and fix the defect--while refusing to replace the desk, even though it is clearly defective. The desk is used maybe two days a month with a soft, armless chair--there's no reasonable way this level of damage is normal. After spending over $25,000 at Furniture Row over the past 10 years, I'm extremely disappointed. This experience feels dismissive and unethical, and it has cost them my business permanently.
