I usually do enjoy my visits to Kohl's but today was not the day…read more I usually do my Amazon returns here cause I have more time during the day to run my returns there if I can't get there right after work or it's super busy, however today was a total shocker as I strolling to see what I might want to get with my coupon I heard an associate tell another person that the Amazon return closes at 7 even though the store is open until 9 which again was so great and why I always chose there. I am also not sure if hours are just up to the store discretion but either way it's a bummer and sad To see they don't want people coming into their store that could potentially spend money esp while The holidays are close.

Long story short I got Kohl's Bucks for $10 off and a discount for having my phone number registered and I think my total price was reduced by $20!!! It was like getting the flip flops for free! This particular store is actually kept a lot more tidy than the one in the District (South Jordan) which I actually think is an experiment in Chaos theory. Obviously at any store there's going to be a certain type of customer who will pick things up to look at them and instead of putting them back where they got them throw them on the floor or drop them off in another aisle, but staff here seems to be a lot better and keeps on top of it which is good. He said he'd call the police if I didn't leave! When I I told him that I'd wait for the police (because I didn't do anything wrong), he recanted his threat. As I was leaving I told Michael that he didn't deserve to work there and that I'd contact his corporate office to report him, which I've since done. BTW, I'm an elderly person-of-color and I KNOW what racism is. I've never had this experience before at any Ross store, let alone any other place of business!
