The website gave me the option of in person or video appointment. I picked the in person option and a couple days later I received my confirmation email confirming my in person appointment with the address of the facility. I also received some documentation that I completed prior to the appointment. On the day of my scheduled appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and was informed right at my appt time that there was a confusion and my consultation was over the phone. So unfortunately I did not get to see anyone even though I drove down there. Their location is very pretty and calming though.

The counselors at Central Counseling Services really helped me work through my grief and helped me learn how to process it. Without them, I'm not sure if I would have been ok. I might not have processed it or even accepted it as quickly as I did. I owe a great deal to Central Counseling and the counselors there. I could somehow never directly contact the billing department, and whenever someone promised to get back to me, they never would.
