Everything from their yelp reviews to the claims on their website to the prices people claimed they got their chairs at screamed "too good to be true" to me. It also seemed weird to me that you can't just walk into the store to buy chairs; you need an appointment. While I was really skeptical at first, after my experience with them I can say for sure that SaviorBack is just as good as all the reviews make them seem. They're not a regular store. When I went to buy a chair, a guy named Mitchell told me to pull up to a warehouse and walked me through all the best Herman Miller and Steelcase chairs. Mitchell spent over 2 hours talking to me and analyzing my seating posture and habits to find the perfect fit for me. After all of that, I did end up buying a chair, and for a lot less than its retail price too. But for me, the real value isn't in getting the chair for a good price; it's in the peace of mind that I get from knowing that I tried all the best options available and got the right one for me. You wouldn't get that at any normal office furniture vendor. If you're skeptical about SaviorBack, don't worry because I was too at first. Last Monday, I made my first journey over to see Mitchell Raff with SaviorBack. What an experience! Mr. Raff convinced me to spend some time and really get to know something about the chairs he sells. It was worth the time! Of course it was worth the time. I'm 80 years young and I spend a good portion of my day working as an engineer. Wonderful experience with Mitchell, who was very patient and knowledgeable about office chairs. You can tell that he is passionate about getting the right chair for YOU. Came in looking for a Herman Miller Aeron, but we teated out several models and found that the Steelcase Amia is right for me. Mitchell made sure that this is the right chair for me despite it being much cheaper than the Aeron. I ask that you please keep an open mind as to different options, Herman Miller may have the big brand name and cool looking designs, but it may not be the best option for YOU.
