It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency).

Be clear with what you like and don't like (for me: a no to baby's breath, hydrangeas, orchids; yes to ranunculus, peonies, dried florals) and you will get a beautiful arrangement. I'm an OC native and after my last order I had to get on here and give these guys some love... after all it's always nice to know where you can go to get guaranteed excellent products and services ;) I've ordered flowers from all around southern California through the years and I must say, hands-down, this place has the best arrangements. I can tell you from past experience how disappointing it is to pay a good amount on an arrangement and when you come in to pick it up, you're looking at a dreary bundle of leaves. I've ordered from these guys a ton. Both personally and professionally, I have used them. Yes their arrangements are outstanding quality, their designs look amazing. But the service is what sets them apart. Tons of communication to make sure everything goes smoothly both before and after the delivery.
