First time ordering from Irvine village flowers. I'm glad they were able to deliver my flowers that same day. My friend sent me a picture of her flowers when she received them and they looked beautiful. I gave 4 stars because when I asked her how the delivery experience was she shared that the delivery lady was on the phone and just said recipient's name and left them there. I believe the delivery is part of the charm when someone receives flowers and I paid an extra $18 for deliver and an extra $20 for timed delivery. If deliver is a service offered and charged extra for I would hope for a friendly and attentive delivery. read more

Well this was the second time I used Unju and her beautiful and amazing company. Long story short, the first time I used her was for my wife's celebration of life. The way I got her to go out with me was a bouquet of Ecuadorian red roses and so for this evening, I wanted to make sure I had Ecuadorian roses all over the restaurant. Unju and team did not disappoint. The restaurant was transformed into a red rose paradise with every detail being addressed including the pink ribbon that was tied to the arrangements. The second time was just as spectacular just on a smaller scale. I moved out of the area so I usually have them delivered to my girlfriend. Every time has been just great: the presentation, the design, and the quality of the flowers themselves. The owner is above-and-beyond friendly and clearly a master of their craft. She always makes an effort and doesn't mind substituting flowers which aren't good for our curious felines at home. To top it off, when I visit the store in person, she knows me by name which is both unexpected yet very sweet. Never ordered from Irvine Village Flowers before and live in Missouri. Learned a friend just had surgery and was able to get same day delivery on short notice. A beautiful bouquet was prepared (went with florist choice and fresh in season flowers) and as a man who sends flowers often will say you get what you pay for when sending flowers. I avoid the internet deals and look up local florists. I even received a text with the bouquet in advance of delivery and delivery update texts. That's what I call service! read more

I've only had positive experiences here, so much so that Irvine Village Flowers is my only go to flower source for everything : holidays, birthdays, etc. The customer service is always top notch and they work with me within my budget which I appreciate the most. My MIL likes to arrange her own flowers (because I swear every Chinese mom has taken a flower arrangement course). Their website only shows arranged flowers but for my MIL's bouquets I always call and ask for them in a bouquet, sans vase, and untrimmed. All I have to do is give her the color scheme I like from the website, and how much I want to spend. The flowers always look gorgeous and they give me exactly what I expect for the budget I give. This past weekend I had to order flowers for a graduation, but it had to stay fresh in bouquet form and survive a 4 hour drive to Santa Barbara. They were so helpful - she gave me tips on how to keep them fresh and they packaged it perfectly for a drive: in a vase ($5 extra) with a cardboard holder for the vase. They were still beautiful and fresh the next day! Highly recommend Irvine Village Flowers. I think their website could be better with an option to order bouquets vs having to order the arrangement with the vases but calling isn't too big of a deal. read more
