But if I can find as good of a pair here... Atmosphere - Decent size location. Beautiful and fully stocked, but expected for a new location. Service - This is where they failed. The entrance is VERY far from the check out counter. So no greetings or good byes, or thank you for visiting. Actually the half plus hour we were here, not one person acknowledged us. Not even the person that walked by us?!?! Price - Reasonably priced. The boots I'm looking at range from $200 to $1,000+. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1978.

Staff friendly and helpful.. Signed up for the rewards program.. I did inquire about one opening up at Arden Fair Mall in Sac- just in case I ourchsed something for the son.. she said yes they would be opening one.. Small store but a decent amount of clothing.. Glad they are here..

From the moment you walk in you're warmly greeted. They also answer any questions and go above and beyond in helping your problem solve. Selection: The selection is vast and anything that they don't have in store they're willing to order and either ship to store or your house. I had a specific example where I ordered an incorrect size shirt and they were able to order one in the correct size they even added an additional discount for being a healthcare worker. Value: They were running some awesome store promotions at the time on jeans. I was able to get 2 pairs under 75 after tax. This is a wonderful deal. Prices are comparable to competitors and the clothes are quality!

The interior was brightly lit, clean, and selections were organized in a minimalistic, modern manner. The service was also great. I can't remember her name, but the employee was super helpful, friendly, and personable. Yes, the clothing is pricey. No argument. But the quality is there and if they're anything close to as good as Vuori (my personal favorite), then the clothing will hold up for the long haul. After trying a few other stores and spending over an hour searching, we left empty-handed. We decided to take a drive to Dillard's, and I'm so thankful we did. Within a minute of walking in, Charles greeted us and offered assistance without us even asking--which is definitely rare these days. I explained what we were looking for and a few specific requirements. As he walked us through the options, I mentioned that we needed a wide fit. He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size. We later found out he actually helped open this location--congratulations to him on his 20th anniversary! Dillard's management--you truly have a gem in Charles. You should be very proud to have him representing your store.

They have a great hat selection, and their prices are very affordable! Their dressing rooms are large and decorated so well! LaShay, the assistant manager is amazing! She is welcoming and helpful and a perfect fit for the store. I met the owner and loved her! She is vivacious and sweet, and makes you feel right at home in her store!
