Around 6am I got a call from their Tech that he was 25 minutes out. Then another call 25 minutes later to confirm my address. Service Tech was polite and very quick. My spare was also flat but they had a portable air compressor. Tech placed my bad tire in the back of my vehicle for me. Very happy with my service!!

This company was matched to me by my insurance. I needed a tow to a tire shop. The original eta…read moregiven was 80 minutes. When they did not arrive the wait was updated to 100 additional minutes. When they still did not arrive I called myself and was told it would be another 45 minutes. The driver finally called and said he'd be there in 30 minutes. I don't expect speedy service from a tow place, but I do expect better wait estimates. 255 minutes =/= 80 minutes When the driver finally showed up he assured me that I could go home and get some sleep as it was past midnight and he would drop my keys off with the shop. I asked him what would happen if the shop didn't have a drop off box and he promised to bring my keys to the shop first thing in the morning. He showed me the address of the repair shop on his phone to confirm the location. I agreed to his terms and went on my way. The next day I went to the repair shop at 4:00PM and they could not locate my keys. I called the driver, he still had them in his possession and claimed to have 'forgotten' where he left my car but was now "on his way." with the keys. I texted him the address even though he didn't ask for it and went on a few errands while waiting for him to bring the keys. At 6:00PM They still had not received them, so I brought my spare keys so they could actually work on my car before closing time at 7:00PM. I called the driver again and he claimed that he "was called to a police emergency." I told him that I had already given the shop my spare keys and he now only has 1 hour before the shop closes to give them my keys. I will update if I ever see my keys again.

this place stole my truck and charged me $1000 to do it…read more he lied and took my title from the car auction lot he picked it up at. i emailed several tow co on yelp asking the price to tow my truck (just purchased on auction) from a to b. i let them know it needed a control arm in case that required a different method of hookuo. jeff wrote back saying $60, but $130 to tow and fix. i asked where and he told me edmond. as if it ps centrally located but it was on waterloo so basically guthrie. within a frw days he tells me it also needs x,y, and z for $993. if i chose not to spend $1000, then i owed him for storage and had to pay for it to be towed again. he wanted the thousand dollars up front so i pay him and after that he says the car still doesnt run which makes no sense to me since hes the one that came to with $850 more stuff for it to be great. he tried to get me to part it out which i wouldn't do. he said he had another vehicle that might work for me so i went down there liked it, i liked it, it was a deal. he asked to look at title then needed to make a copy, claimed he got a call & disappeared. i finally left and next day he said he couldn't sell me that car because it runs horrible after he'd just said how great it was. i had a hard time getting hold of him. a year later he tells me he figured it out , it needs new computer and i can pay for the one he put in it or storage for a year to get it back. i contacted a lawyer then covid hit the next time i contacted him he tried to act like he found out im a drug addict! from mutual friends. im not from here and y and how woukd he be talking about me anyway. oh yeah he had also asked for my picture even though h was married. married ir nit, it was highly inappropriat. i went up thete and took pucs 3-4 months into him having it when, a good 2 months after paying him 10000 and i took pictures of it sitting in rainw/ broken windows
