Absolute worst service. In July I had an appointment at 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 and they did not get the vehicle in until 11:45. they finished closer to 12:30-12:45 on patching a tire and rotating. I left and the tires were not re-set to their new position so all of the tires were reading incorrectly and showing to be low. The tire they repaired began leaking again one month later. I asked them to re set the TPMS. After having my vehicle for over an hour and half, they pull it out and say it is complete. They then inform me, the TPMS on one tire which they repaired is going out and want to charge $109 to replace it. Instead of asking me if I wanted it fixed, they pulled another vehicle in. They did not complete service and had a terrible attitude. Even though my tires are wearing faster than the warranty, I will not be going back to have them replace the tires. read more

Rest assured if you trust your car in the hands of this location, your car is being drag raced through residential neighborhoods. I lived directly behind this location and watch the workers (from my work from home office) drive people's cars up and down the road at at least 50 miles an hour and skidding tires when making reckless turns. The facts: On May 5th, 2025, I went to Hibdon Tires Plus, Store # 241665, 3800 S. Broadway in Edmond on April, 2025. Service advisor was Robert, technician Leroy. I needed an oil change and complete vehicle inspection. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle prior to the inspection. I left with a broken brake kit and an unsafe car to drive. I have an old 2008 Yaris, with only 65,316 miles. I picked up my car and on the way home it sounded like something big fell off my car...very loud, very scary; called Hibdon's and asked what to do. I immediately drove the car back, was advised probably just a loose oil pan. I tried to drive home again- car noise louder than ever. Immediately, brought the car back. They did not believe there was a problem because they weren't willing to properly look at my car. Finally, they had a technician ride in the car with me. Yes, indeed big problem. I had no choice but to get the car fixed. Robert explained to me that they couldn't have caused this, just an old car. I was charged $283.35 to fix it; which I paid. End of story: I did my research on brake kits. Mechanics can, and do damage brake kits all the time; sometimes just by over-tightening lug nuts. They gave me a small discount of 15%; not enough. I had to have my car, or I would not have paid them. I for sure was not taken seriously and felt I was not told the complete truth. From a business standpoint if they had accepted responsibility and not charged me they would still have my business as well as my family's business and I would sing their praises to everyone I know. At the store on Danforth in Edmond, it took 3 hours for tires. I had a 9:00 appt. and arrived at 8:45. After checking with the service advisors every hour, I finally got the car back at 11:45. The service advisor said it took so long because they had to have the tires delivered. Their website said that they had 34 in stock. They did remove the lifetime tire guarantee and discounted the price by $130 because it took so long. I've always bought tires at Hibdon. Time for me to try another store. read more

I've purchased several sets of tires at Hibdon. Always helpful, prompt service. They'll meet the prices of other vendors. No problem with immediate replacement (no cost to me) when a bit of mud dried behind a tire and wore through the sidewall. I can't imagine better service, anywhere. read more

I can not even give them one star! First, I dropped my car off and it took until closing for them to call me with an estimate. I said okay and to start the process. Well my car was broken into that night at their shop after they moved my car from doing the estimate to outside. Now all of my belonging were stolen along with work belongings. Took almost a week and so I call! They are not able to find some parts! So I order my own parts and bring them to them! Pick up my car and it cost more than they estimated it would be as well as me buying my own parts. They did not give me a receipt. I had to call and get one emailed to my correct email address and still no receipt hours later. Finally call and ask can you print a receipt and I will come pick it up! I came back into town from a trip and experienced some car trouble. I looked up some mechanic places, came across their rating on Yelp and decided to give this place a try. I arrived around 11 and there was only one other car in the front parking lot. They were expecting me and provided great customer service from the minute I walked in the door. They actively listened to me describe, in my own words, the problem I was having with my car without rushing me or cutting me off. They provided me with a potential problem list based on that description and inspected the car free of charge. After the inspection, they described to me in detail what my options were. They were more than willing to answer any questions that I had and I gave them the green light to perform the work. Initially I planned on sitting in the waiting area since I didn't have anyone to pick me up. However, they went above and beyond by offering to drive me the close proximity back to my apartment. Shoutout to Cheyne (Shane) for volunteering to be the driver!This allowed me to get some work done while they worked on my car which was truly appreciated. They had to call in the parts but assured me it would be ready by the close of business. However I got a call around 2 hours later stating that my car was ready. When I returned to Hibdon to pick my car up the front parking lot was packed! They definitely get busy around the 1:30/2:00 pm time on the weekends. My brake issue was fixed and I was pleased with the great service I was provided with throughout. If you have a car issue I recommend trying Hibdon on Danforth! read more

I made an appointment for 4pm to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I walk in at 3:59, hand over the keys and ask how long it should take. He estimated an hour (same estimate I got on the phone while scheduling). Due to the estimate I figured I'd just wait while they work on it. At 4:45 the car is still sitting where I parked it. I asked for an update and was told it would be an hour(from now). No apology...nothing. What's the point in making appointments if walk-in customers go first anyway? Also, a 'sorry man, we are really slammed' would go a long way. It feels like they don't give a crap, to be honest. One of the tires on my wifes car had a slow leak. I had taken her car in 4 times to the Hibdons on Penn and Memorial, but they were never able to fix the leak- more about that in a review for that location. When I picked up the car from the Danforth location I pressed them about how they fixed the tire. The service rep called in the person that completed the repair and he explained that they didn't find anything like a nail in the tire, but they resealed a patch that was in the tire. Three weeks later, the tire has not lost any pressure!!! Looks like they got it right. And they fixed it for free. Friendly and quick service. I just had the greatest experience! I had a bulge in one of my tires and I wasn't sure what to expect or if it would be covered. I went in near closing, just hoping to get an opinion and schedule an appointment. Anthony at the front only needed the first part of my spiel before we were outside checking it out. He was thorough in his explanation and advice. He was able to quickly decipher my paperwork to determine coverage. And he worked me in before close without me asking! He was honest about the wait time (about an hour and 15 minutes) which ended up being completely accurate. He seemed happy to be doing his job and was eager to help. Called a day ahead to get 2 new tires. Was told tires were in stock and to drop my vehicle and keys off before 8 and I would be first up. Drop my keys off at 7am with instructions and fleet card. I was called at 830 and was told they were starting on my vehicle. I had my so. From my past few times here over the years. I decided I need to write this review. They always make you wait longer than they promised, playing with words. Promised less than 59 min for tires , alignment is about 30 min. (working time) they didn't mention waiting time. Your car can sit there 1 hour before go in for tire change. In between tires install and alignment they can make you wait another 1 hr. working time is about 1 to 1 and half hour. Richard Riley is my sales associate. When check in, he said there are only 2 cars in front of you, should not be too long. After waited for 3 long hours, the guy said you know they were 12 cars in front of you. That's why it took so long. my car need 2 tires change and alignment, should be a quick service. But it took 3 hrs! The worst was filthy hands, palm print all over the car door and upholster . Alignment not even done it right. Never test drive solely based on computer, no experience what so ever. I have to came back for one more hour to fix that alignment. I believed they are not truthful and honest, hired inexperienced mechanics. And their customer service are bad. I'll go somewhere else for my future service. read more

Took my work van up there a few months ago to get a alignment after my mechanic put new upper ball joints on for one they didnt tightened back up the cams and after a few weeks of hearing a noise i took it back up there to check if something slipped and all they did was accuse me of having new parts put on and that the cams was on backwards i did call to try and settle with management but with no resolve they let me leave dangerously saying they couldn't tighten them up so i did it when i got home very easily. Highly recommend using AAA not only did they fix the issue and align it properly they showed me the part fish and that the parts was on correctly this was the hibdon on the north side of edmond the one by AAA is a good hibdon read more

Hubby and I really like the folks at Hibdon Tires Plus. Every time we have taken a car in for an issue they have been honest and don't try to add on additional fees and services like some other places have. Take yesterday for example. My care was riding rough and seriously pulling to the left. Turns out it was just the tires, which I knew were getting to the point where they needed to be replaced. No alignment was needed no other issues were found. The tacked on fees or services I really didn't need, but could easily be explained away with four new tires. Nope. Honesty is the best policy, It's why I like these folks and don't go to the dealer, but head to Hibdon instead. read more

We have taken our Hondas to Hibdon several times during the last year for tires and began taking them there to fix other things as well, once they earned our confidence. We have discovered that this confidence was well placed. The staff is consistently professional and they do explain whatever I want explained. They will make recommendations about what the car does need and may need. One thing I appreciate is that in my perception, they do not push repairs I do not need. One reason I say this is that when I have taken my car to a dealer and then brought it to Hibdon, I have gotten much better prices at Hibdon, and the work has been done very well. In my experience, whatever they have fixed has remained working well. Their prices are also consistently reasonable. I sometimes find it difficult to trust people who work with cars -- having known relatives in the industry who were unscrupulous and given that I don't know as much as I should. I will not ever go anywhere else! I walked in one evening at wits in! I had bought a battery that AAA told me I needed because they wouldn't have it for another month or more! So I bought a battery and AAA wouldn't put it in because "it's not our battery ". I gave up and drove to Hibdons on Danforth told the gentleman my situation. without hesitation they took the battery (that was not theirs) and were more than happy to put it in for me! I got my oil changed a week ago, and tonight noticed a rattling noise in my engine. My husband checked under the hood, and discovered that the engine air filter had been removed and was just laying loose on the radiator!! I had been driving for a week without an engine air filter!!! I know that it was Hibdon's, because they asked me if I wanted to change the filter because it was dirty, and I said no, because my husband was going to do it some other time. So now there's no telling how much dirt got into the engine, and how dirty the newly changed oil now is. This is a mistake that should not happen!!! I have had to spend nearly $2,000 for my 10 year old vehicle to keep it in top shape (own a mobile auto detailing business). I am always told something new each time as to what is wrong. I was told the steering knuckle was bent, and I was determined to let that be the last repair I did. I fixed it outside of Hibdon, and came in to use my alignment warranty. I mentioned I had the knuckle replaced, and that my last visit was told that was why my caster was out of alignment. The heavier set blonde kid at the front says, "Camber really doesn't matter." Are you serious? Then why is it so necessary to keep it in top shape? I am not interested in renewing my 6 month warranty with this place. I get a different answer from everyone each time. Stated would be 1-1.5 hour wait, "Short handed and running behind" It was noon before I got a screw out of the tire... meanwhile the guys at the counter ply and joke around and gripe about hours on the clock...
