Although my car was in bad shape, Bowman's still loaded my car carefully, and they checked on me at the scene asking if was okay, and said cars can be replaced, but people can't so if I'm okay, everything else will be okay. I think that was so kind, and a positive human interaction during what was a terrible day. David and his team made sure to take care of my car, and when they saw me at the body shop they even followed up and asked how I was doing. This is despite my repeated requests to make shure they could and would before sending them out. Bob Rodgers was referred and they were by far the quickest, most professional, and got the job done carefully with good equipment. Wasted nearly 11 hours trying to get this towed the correct way through Chevrolet and if I had to do it again I'd have paid Bob Rodgers out of my own pocket up front and been stress free. Charlie and his brothers are lifesavers. I was driving cross country from LA to Chicago in April 2026. I popped my tires right outside of OKC on a tiny residential road. It was just after sunset and I was near broke. I waited nearly three hours for AAA to pair me up with a tow service (which of course they never did). I was pulling at my hair not knowing what to do. It was dark. I was stranded in a city I didn't know. AAA let me down. That's when I decided to seek out a local tow service and discovered that AZ Towing was only a few blocks down. Charlie was there in under 10 minutes around 1 AM. He was super helpful in giving advice and reassurance to me, a new driver with little money, and told me that I could even get my tow invoice reimbursed by AAA! When I expressed concerns about possibly needing to have my rims replaced by Discount Tire, he called his brother who offered to sell me the 4-set of his fancy new tires for only $200! I slept in the Discount Tire parking lot that night and they drove out at 3 AM just to deliver those new tires. The next morning, Charlie even drove out to Discount Tire to talk to the manager and make sure he wasn't trying to screw me. I ended up getting my tires replaced by Discount Tire entirely for FREE (despite not having a warranty) all because Charlie came to help me out. Ultimately, I didn't end up needing my rims replaced so I gave the fancy tires back to Charlie and his brothers and they gave me my money back. Great guys, wishing them the best.

They have since gone incommunicado and will not return my phone calls, my husbands phone calls, or the insurance company's calls. I physically went up to the business 3 times and no one answered the door. The last time I could hear someone walking around inside, but they would not come to the door. I cannot get my car, I cannot have insurance pick it up. I can see it behind a locked gate, but they will not call and set a time when insurance can pick it up. Do not use this company. If they send them out after an accident, refuse their services and have them call someone else. I spoke with a young woman who said they have had her car six weeks and will not return her phone calls or answer the door at their business either. This is the worst company ever. Please do not use them, I wouldn't want my worst enemy to have to deal with these people
